Superbe

Location correspondant parfaitement aux descriptifs Point de vue mer et montagne exceptionnel Villa très bien équipée , nous étions 12 adultes. Une seule envie pour nous Tous : revenir !!!

Villa ayant une très belle vue mais les finitions ne sont pas au rendez-vous. La conciergerie locale a été bien en dessous des standards attendus pour ce type de maison. De réels progrès à réaliser.

Beschreibung teilweise nicht korrekt

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Vermittler im Vorfeld war sehr schwierig. Nachdem wir 13 Monate vor unserem Urlaub reservieren mussten, war direkt eine 50%ige Anzahlung nötig! Wir hatten anschließend nach einem Grundriss gefragt, um zu sehen, wie die Zimmer aufgeteilt sind. Als lapidare Antwort kam immer nur: Es gäbe keinen Grundriss… (bei einem solch neuen Haus?!) Nun wissen wir auch, warum: In der Beschreibung des Hauses waren „7 Zimmer jeweils mit Bad“ beschrieben. In einem Bad ist normalerweise die Toilette inklusive. Es gab für 7 Zimmer aber nur 4 Toiletten, die auch noch auf dem Flur jeweils in einer Kammer von 2,25 m2 untergebracht sind! Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist so steil, dass man ein PS-starkes Auto braucht, um es hoch auf den Berg zu schaffen. Zugegebenermaßen ist die Aussicht wirklich grandios – im Hintergrund Berge, vorne Tarco und das Meer! Das Haus war nicht sauber!! Überall waren Haare, Staub und Spinnweben vorhanden, die die Zahlung des Reinigungsbetrages (im Vorfeld!) nicht rechtfertigen! Die Tische waren nicht abgewischt, auf den Fensterrahmen in den Bädern im 1. Stock klebten Staub und tote Mücken… Die Terrassenmöbel sind zerschlissen und ebenfalls unsauber. Die Bettwäsche mussten wir selbst aufziehen. :-( Eine Seite des großen Terrassen-Fensters ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen; ein kleiner Spalt blieb offen. Wir mussten also beim Verlassen der Villa die Rolläden in diesem Teil komplett herunterlassen, damit Einbrecher und Regen keine Chance haben. Im Bereich des Wohnzimmer/der Küche fehlte die Klimaanlage, die aber zum Glück in jedem Zimmer vorhanden war. Unser Fazit: Eigentlich ein tolles Haus in einer Super-Lage, aber es gab einfach zu viele negative Punkte. :-(

Traumhafte Lage

Eine sehr schön gelegene großzügige Anlage. Gute Ausstattung. Ruhige. Die Anfahrt ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Gute Lage zwischen Solenzara und Porto vecchio. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit.
