Great place for a group

Great central location yet private. Could walk into town. Lots of space for a group. We needed the property manager a few times and she was super!! We’d stay again.

Really nice and quiet stay

This place is really nice and quiet with a lot of equipments. All the family was happy to stay in this chalet. There’s a playing room and a lot of beds. The sauna room is amazing with its shower and chairs to remain after. We will come back.

Bel emplacement pour nous ,retraités. Un secteur de Chatel calme avec vue sur les montagnes environnantes, bien ensoleillé l'après-midi. Hébergement conforme au descriptif. Personnel accueillant. Adresse que nous recommandons pour la période pendant laquelle nous avons occupé les lieux ( fin septembre 2025)

Superbe chalet chaleureux et fonctionnel, super pour les grands groupes! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le chalet est très bien équipé et les lits sont très bien! Il est également très bien situé à la frontière Suisse et proche de toutes commodités. L'arrivé au chalet et la récupération des clés a été très facile! Attention au GPS par contre, l'adresse vous envoi sur la mauvaise route sur le parking d'un immeuble résidentiel, le chalet est juste en dessous de cet immeuble, bien regarder les panneaux sur la route pour trouver la rue qui y mène! Possibilité de recharger les véhicules électriques sur prise domestique avec une rallonge, ce qui a été un gros plus pour nous! (L'électricité est à régler en fin de séjour)Petit bémol: Réseau téléphonique et connexion internet aléatoireNous recommandons cette superbe location en tout cas!

Semaine d’été à Châtel

Chalet bien placé en été avec des enfants qui peuvent jouer autour facilement pour le Chalet Gretel.Commodités à proximité, à 5 minutes en voiture sinon plus difficile à pied, châles situé dans une côte.Mini golf accessible à pied facilementPiscine à 5 minutes en voiture et boulangerie à 10 minutes à pied (aller retour)Le châlet est grand mais mériterait des équipements à remette en état, store de terrasse troué, mobilier de jardin et barbecue qui a bien vécu.

Séjour familiale

Petit week end en famille comme chaque année. De 18 à 81 ans tous sont enchanté du séjour. Le cadre est magnifique mais ça nous le savions déjà, la belle surprise est le chalet. L'accueil, le site, l'itinéraire, les pièces décrites dans l'annonce, vraiment tout est super et ce n'est pas notre première expérience.

Wir haben bis heute ( 4 Monate später) die 200€ Kaution nicht zurückbekommen! Allerdings die Stromrechnung auch noch nicht! Auch keine Antwort von der Haus Besitzerin! Ansonsten stimmte das preis Leistung s Verhältnis mit dem Haus .

Avec son espace accueillant et très bien équipé, le chalet Hansel fut le lieu idéal pour notre traditionnel rassemblement familial qui regroupe 11 personnes âgées de 1 à 75 ans 🤗!

Chalet exceptionnel, suffisamment spacieux et bien agencé pour un grand nombre de personnes ( 4 adultes et 8 enfants nous concernant). Très bien entretenu et fonctionnel. Je recommande vivement, et propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeante.

Très bon séjour

Super séjour dans un magnifique chalet très propre, bien entretenu et grand , nous étions 13 personnes. Le chalet est proche du centre de Châtel. Balades très sympas tout autour.

Unusual circumstances!

Well what a lovely chalet. Close to the town and really handy for the bus stops to the lifts. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the corona virus causing us to have to leave early due to government lock downs. The only points I could raise on the negative is on the booking site it gives no mention of costs for the security deposit amount, the final cleaning bill for the chalet and that all the bedding and electricity that’s used is extra to the booking price that we were not aware of until a few days before we arrived as the owner was not quick at replying to my messages. Other than that and knowing what we know now I would definitely return to this chalet. It was great for all the families with plenty of space. Just a bit more detail in the booking process would help for future bookings.

nos vacances au chalet hansel

Très beau chalet avec toutes les commodités. Dommage que le terrain de pétanque n'était réservé qu'au chalet gretel. L'endroit est vraiment magnifique, les activités proposées à chatel sont nombreuses et abordables. Petit problème de connection wifi. nous gardons un bon souvenir de nos vacances et souhaitons réitérer l'expérience Mme KNUCHEL est très présente au téléphone pour règler les soucis s'il y a. MERCI pour ce beau séjour Mme connoioux christel
