The Wi-Fi was not working due to a technical issue, and no alternative solution, such as a dongle, was offered. The accommodation did not include a bunk bed as described. The toilets were located downstairs, which was inconvenient, and the floor around the beds was dirty. We will not be booking again.

Pour répondre à votre commentaire, en effet le WIFI avait un souci, (problème technique indépendant de notre volonté) et résolu depuis, nous avons mis 2 lits simples dans une des chambres, mieux que des lits superposés, ça arrange bcp de personnes, il est bien précisé dans la description que les toilettes sont au RDC. Quant à la propreté, nous y sommes très sensibles, le chalet était propre à votre arrivée, désolée si vous avez dû trouver des petites imperfections.

Jolie chalet avec chambres agréables et bien renovees. 2 jolies salles de bain. L environnement est calme et le jardin est appreciable. Cuisine bien equipee et moderne. Petite alcove dans le salon pratique pour daire jouer les enfants

Chalet bien placé, calme. Jardin agréable.Ménage laissant à désirer, vaisselle pas toujours propre.Matelas 2 personnes en forme de cuvette. Pas de caution rendue 3 semaines après la fin du séjour, malgré un état des lieux fait en notre présence.

De belles vacances à Châtel !

Nous avons passés de très belles vacances dans le chalet de Brigitte, il est chaleureux et très bien situé! Nous avons pu faire des randonnées, de la pétanque et des activités. L’hôte a été très agréable et de bon conseil. Nous reviendrons. Merci pour tout
