6VOLT21 - Rue Voltaire - Apartment for 6 people in the heart of the Faubourg, composed of three bedrooms (1 140 cm bed + 2 160 cm beds) including two 8.5m2 cabins on the ground floor and a spacious bedroom upstairs kitchen open to a large living room (gas stove, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven) and a mezzanine opening onto the living room with TV corner and sofa.
Accommodation equipped with numerous radiators and a towel dryer in the bathroom equipped with a shower cabin. Separate toilets.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
