Avant tout, je suis désolée que notre maison ne vous aie pas convenu et vous avez entièrement le droit de donner votre avis, cependant je trouve votre commentaire injuste voire mensonger. En effet:
La location dispose d'une place de parking à l'intérieur de la propriété et il n'est pas du tout difficile de se garer.
La location dispose de tous les ustensiles nécessaires dans la cuisine, tout à fait conforme au descriptif de l'annonce.
Pour ce qui est de la literie, la location dispose d'un lit de taille standard 140/200
Comme on trouve dans toutes les locations.
De plus j'ai satisfait toutes vos demandes diverses: rajout de vaisselle, déplacement de l'endroit de la télévision et autres...
Enfin lorsque vous avez voulu partir une semaine avant la fin de votre séjour, je vous ai fait un remboursement de plus de la moitié de la somme versée alors que c'est complètement contraire au reglement intérieur.
Bref, je trouve votre commentaire infondé et particulièrement malhonnête.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes . L'hébergement que nous avions choisi était idéal pour un couple et l'accès à la piscine sans restrictions est très appréciable . Toutes les commodités laissées à disposition pour les locataires (barbecue , plancha , salon de jardin devant le logement et auprès de la piscine ) permettent aux voyageurs de se sentir "comme à la maison". Merci encore à nos hôtes pour ce séjour bien reposant et au plaisir de vous revoir . Vivi et fabien .

Endroit vraiment très beau avec tout à proximité, des Propriétaire super très à l’écoute donne de bon conseil pour aller visiter, un studio très fonctionnel, piscine super et cuisine d’été au top !
