Recently restored family home in the heart of the Parc Naturel du Perche

Situated at the end of a private driveway, totally secluded but five minutes from all the shops, our house is ideal for a warm family or friendly get-together. You'll enjoy the comfort of a perfectly restored house, and while you're relaxing in front of an open fire, you'll see deer strolling past the windows. High-speed WiFi. Board games, DVD player, three yoga mats and bricks, badminton, table tennis, balls, pétanque, and two bookshelves provided. Nearby is the Parc naturel régional du Perche, with its picturesque villages (La Perrière, Bellême) and the lively town of Mortagne au Perche (famous market, cinema, media library, swimming pool, antique and second-hand goods shops, bookshops and bars).
The voie verte, a former railway line that has been redeveloped, is open to pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders over a distance of 70km. There are many walks starting from the house.

Peace and tranquillity

This is a beautiful house in beautiful location. We came with family and the house was spacious, clean and well appointed and the perfect place to relax, play games and toast marshmallows on the fire pit. This was our first visit to the Perche region and we visited stunning medieval towns & villages, enjoyed the fabulous market in Mortagne-au-Perche and drank lots of the delicious local cider. We would highly recommend this house and area.

Idéal pour une réunion familiale

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans la maison d'Emilie pour les 27 ans de notre fils. La maison était parfaite pour nos 4 générations : une chambre de plain-pied avec sa salle de bain pour le patriarche, les 5 chambres de l'étage pour les adultes, le dortoir du second pour les enfants et le lit bébé pour la petite dernière. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée, le très grand salon avec la cheminée idéal pour la lecture et les jeux de société. La grande table extérieure permet de déjeuner/diner dans le jardin (quand la météo s'y prête). En résumé, un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cette maison sans réserve. Merci à Emilie pour son accueil

Belle maison percheronne pour famille

Nous étions 3 familles avec 6 jeunes enfants (1à 10 ans)Belle maison, bien restaurée. Idéale pour famille avec enfants. Grand et beau jardin avec de magnifiques arbres. Parents et enfants ont passé une très bonne semaine. A noter toutefois : inadaptée aux personnes à « mobilité réduite »

Super séjour, nous reviendrons

Nous avons profité de la maison d'Emilie pour quelques jours de séminaires d'entreprise. La maison était parfaite, spacieuse et chaleureuse pour travailler au coin du feu, prendre l'air, faire de bons diners et des jeux de société ! Je recommande et nous reviendrons probablement

Excellente adresse !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison percheronne. Une maison qui allie confort et espace (6 chambres, 300m2) dans un environnement paisible et verdoyant à 10 min de Mortagne au Perche. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais présents en cas de besoin. Une très chouette destination !

La famille

Les grands parents, les parents et les enfants passent quelques jours ensemble. Nous en profitons pour découvrir la région. La maison est très agréable, au calme et nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour sous le soleil.

Ressourçant !

La maison d’Emilie est idéalement située au nord-ouest du parc naturel régional du Perche, à proximité immédiate des beaux villages de Mortagne, La Perrière, Bellême, etc., aux alentours desquels les activités ne manquent pas : jardins remarquables, circuits à vélo (voie verte), forêts, brocantes,... C’est un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et renouer avec la nature : entourée de champs et de beaux arbres, bénéficiant d’un horizon dégagé et d’un grand jardin, l’environnement est particulièrement calme et apaisant, au point que des chevreuils y viennent quotidiennement. Cette grande maison de famille est par ailleurs très bien équipée, et l’on s’y sent immédiatement chez soi. Un grand merci à Emilie pour son accueil et sa confiance. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Sejour enchanteur

Des vacances en famille dans un cadre reposant : calme, espace, nature (avec la visiterégulière de chevreuils) ... Maison superbe et lumineuse, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Charme de l'ancien allié au confort moderne. Hote très accueillant. Nous gardons cette adresse pour de prochaines vacances.

Une magnifique pépite !

Cette belle et grande maison est magnifiquement rénovée, dans l'esprit des maisons du Perche. Elle est entourée d'arbres, avec des prés vallonnés à perte de vue, des biches font souvent leur apparition en début de matinée et au coucher du soleil. La maison est calme, très confortable, avec ses six chambres, ses trois salles de bain décorées avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine, baignée de lumière, est incroyablement agréable, très bien équipée. Les hôtes sont charmants. Précipitez-vous, son planning va très vite se remplir.
