This modern 3-bedroom condo is perfect for families. It's centrally located in the heart of Seacrest at The Villages of South Walton. Once you walk into this completely remodeled home-away-from-home you'll feel welcomed by all the unique updates and touches that have been made.

There's plenty of seating for dining and entertainment with seating at the kitchen counter, the dining table, and even more seating out on the balcony. The property was very clean and nice, we will definitely be back! Great location, walking distance to everything, only downfall was it was pretty loud until about 10:30 with the live music downstairs.

This was such a fantastic place at such a convenient location. The place was clean, quiet and next to so many businesses and most importantly, the beach! The only thing to keep in mind is to bring additional personal items (e.g., paper towels, laundry detergent) if you are staying longer than a week as the property provides limited supplies. We highly recommend this place if your goal is to relax with family, explore the beautiful beaches and towns around this area, hang out by the pool and enjoy some great live music every night down at the adjancent plaza!

Clean rooms - and easy access to pool and restaurants. Rarely needed our car. A bit of a trek to the beach especially when carrying your own chairs. The trolley was helpful but did not run consistently. We were able to receive 2 bikes free of charge through the free attraction tickets. Very minimal supplies. Bring your own spices/oils/toilet paper.

This condo is a great find for a small family. The location is perfect and in walking or biking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach! The condo is clean and had everything we needed for our group. The management group did an exceptional job of communicating. We would certainly stay here again.

We were midway between Rosemary and Alys Beach restaurants. The Seacrest Sundries below the apartment had everything we needed and the live music from the bar was excellent. Additionally, the shops below were fabulous for breakfast, lunch, gifts and cute sundresses for dinner. Would definitely come back. The only recommendation would be to provide 2-4 beach chairs and beach towels.

Nice Corner Unit Condo in Rosemary Beach Area

We enjoyed our stay. Great communication from the management company. We were given a door code, so check in/out was easy. Good location - walking distance to everything. Unit is right by the stairway. Be aware there is no ceiling fan in the bunk bed room. Also, the second bedroom does not have a black out shade, so the exterior lights shine through the window.
