Spend your vacation in Paradise! Our guests enjoy the convenience of the centrally located White Sands Village Condominiums on famous Alii Drive in Kailua Kona. We are four miles south of Kailua Bay and two miles north of Keauhou.

White Sands Village is the perfect home base for your Hawaiian vacation, located directly across the street from White Sands (Magic Sands) Beach. It is the premier boogie boarding beach in Kona. Kahalu’u State Park (Snorkel Beach) is a mile down the road. Here, you can view hundreds of species of tropical fish and swim with giant green sea turtles.

If you would like to learn how to surf, there is also great surfing near Kahalu’u. Surfing lessons are available for beginners. For scuba divers, some of the best shore dives are located along Alii Drive near White Sands. Several dive boats are also available to take you out for longer dives. Don’t miss the Manta Ray snorkel/scuba charter. And…if you just want to sit on the beach, catch some rays, read a book, and listen to the surf, you can do that at White Sands too!

If you are a golfer, the Kona Country Club is located two miles down Alii Drive. The 18-hole Ocean Course is in natural settings along the Pacific Ocean. The views are unbelievable. Several other magnificent golf courses are within a 40 minute drive of White Sands Village.

The White Sands Village Condominium features a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, covered cabana with barbecue grills, and a picnic area.

NOTE: Viewable from our lanai, the tennis, pickleball, and shuffle board court is currently under construction, set to be completed in August 2024).

Our unit is located on the top floor in the back of the complex, away from the traffic noise. Let your eyes wander through the buildings to ocean views from our 27 foot long lanai. Watch the cruise ships in the harbor. Sip your favorite beverage and watch the sun set over the Pacific. Each year from late December to early May, whales migrate to Hawaiian waters. They are a sight to see, along with the playful spinner dolphins.

Our unit features two bedrooms and two full baths. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and dining room. Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has two twins making this a perfect venue for one or two couples or small family groups. The unit is tastefully decorated in Hawaiian décor. This 1100 square foot condominium is perfect for vacations and extended stays. There is ample privacy for you and your family or friends. You will feel this is your home away from home.

Amenities include high speed internet, Smart TV(Roku), cable, and BluRay. The unit also includes a washer and dryer so all you need to pack is your bathing suit and a pair of shorts. We have Reserved parking located close to an elevator. Note* There is a 10 step staircase to maneuver from the elevator to the condo front door. Once inside the condo, stay cool in the central air conditioning or open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. Ceiling fans will add to your comfort whether you choose to relax in the living room or on the lanai.

Additional activities in and around Kailua-Kona include kayaking, sunset cruises, whale watching, parasailing, deep sea fishing, diving, jet skiing, hiking, theater, movies, shopping, and restaurants.

Longer drives will take you to Volcano National Park, Mauna Kea Observatories, Waipio Valley, Akaka and Rainbow Waterfalls, Umauma Zip Line, Dolphin Qwest, Botanical Gardens, Black and Green Sand Beaches, Waimea and Parker Ranch, Ancient Hawaiian Fishponds, Coffee Farms, Captain Cook Monument, and Historic Hilo town.

This was the 2nd time staying at this lovely condo, which I think demonstrates our liking for this property. It has everything we need, is across the street from an excellent beach (sunsets every night), and is easy access to everywhere else you want to go. It is far enough back that you don't hear any traffic or beach noisiness. The kid loved the pool and everything else at the condo (lizards and snails around the grounds).We will certainly look to stay here again when we come back.

This is a great condo, very well equipped, quiet and clean, plus lanai with nice ocean views. Comfortable beds & sheets, we slept so well here! Across the street from wonderful swimming at Magic Sands beach and the tasty Magics restaurant. Pretty pool area and billiards table in the common area which was a hit! This condo was perfect for our family of four. Thank you to the hosts for sharing this home, we really liked it for our 8-night stay. Mahalo!

Wonderful island location

As my 17-year old niece stated "this place is awesome." We went to Magic Sands beach every day in the morning before the crowds and our 4-year old got up every morning ready to go back to the beach. The location was great for beach, easy trips to restaurants, groceries, Captain Cook areas, and the highway to get around the island. This was our third visit to the big island and this was our favorite location, yet. We will check for availability here first next time we visit. The condo itself was very clean, had everything we needed, and the owners were very communicative. Parking was a breeze and we made many meals in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this rental unit.

Lovely place, lovely location!

This was such a great condo with an excellent location! Very close to downtown Kona, shopping, restaurants, and the beach! It was nice to have Magic Sands across the street (the waves there are a little intense) and the condo had EVERYTHING we needed! Chairs, bags, boogie boards, towels, beach mats, multiple coolers. I only rented a wagon and our own snorkel stuff. We loved the elevated decor and design, the beds were comfy and the kitchen had plenty of dishes/cookware. Very family friendly. Bathroom includes a tub for kids, but the water fills up super slowly. Such an easy and welcoming stay! Check in was super easy, check out is very prompt. We would love to stay again!

Amazing Time!

We were so lucky to find this perfect little condo for the start to our Hawaii vacation. We checked in on a Friday and stayed until Tuesday. I was so pleased to find all of the amenities (the washer and dryer was a great surprise!) that were left for us. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps to one of the best beaches in the area (we saw a ton of locals using this beach) and a short drive/cab ride to downtown Kona. The assigned parking space was perfect distance to the elevator and stars to the condo. My favorite parts of the condo were the spacious Lanai (with an amazing view of ocean and mountain range) which we used every day and the spacious kitchen. It was also fun to bring out dinner down to the pool and bbq. After our short stay we traveled North and stayed at the Hilton Waikaloa Village, even though that was nice I would have preferred to stay at the condo a few more days, it just made me feel like I was at home! We will definitely be back sooner than later!

A Real Gem!

Our family of four (we have two teenagers) decided to spend one week during March spring break in Kona and after much research we decided to stay at this condo. This condo was the best decision we made! The home (it really felt like a home rather than a rental!) is exactly like the photos - Hawaiian themed furniture and décor. It really made for a relaxing day after being out. Contrary to what someone else wrote, the mattresses and all the furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, cooking items, everything you could ever need. In fact the condo had items I never expected - need a sewing kit or glue to fix something - it's all there. The lanai was the most memorable and where we hung out the most – it had great furniture to relax and enjoy the wonderful breeze. It faces the ocean so you can see boats heading out each morning, listen to the birds and watch and hear the waves. The condo has all the beach gear you need (chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach towels). The owners were great – always responding quickly whenever we had a question. The location was great - we could walk to the White Sands beach to enjoy the sunset with the locals. The kids enjoyed snorkeling at Kahaluu beach park – a 5 minute drive away. Very easy to get to all parts of the island like Volcano park, Saddle Drive, and the Northern part of the island. This home was the icing on the cake for our vacation. Highly, highly recommended.

Magic, Perfect, Lovely

I thought I was going nutz trying to find the right place to stay in Kona. There are just so many hundreds of condo listings and different condo locations and different rental agencies, that putting it all together was taxing, even to this data analyst. And then!! Lo and behold, out of the fog, this listing appears before my eyes and it had everything on my check list: Walking distance to beach, hot tub, away from road, 2 bedrooms, nicely decorated, centrally located, nice complex, and good reviews. I knew I'd found it and things just got better from there. Communication with the owners as we arranged the rental were fast, friendly, and gracious. I felt welcomed even before we left home. As another review commented "a non-event". Easy-peasy. The condo exceeded my hopes. The open floor plan, large kitchen and wall of windows/sliders to lanai made us feel like we were connected to the outdoors. Views of palm trees and slivers of the ocean were lovely out the LR-lanai side. Out the bedroom side, the condo looks over park-like open space with views up the mountain. We heard birds birds birds...not cars cars cars. What a peaceful setting! I was here with two teenagers and a 10 yo. There was plenty of room for us all to "be" in this large, open, spacious condo. Condo was very very clean and well-maintained. We loved the way it was decorated (tropical, but not cheesy tropical) which set the perfect ambience. We cooked all our own meals in the well-appointed, well laid out, not-at-all cramped kitchen. We had everything we needed (not often the case in a rental!) Being so close to the beach meant the kids could come and go at will. They also liked the open-air community room (part of the pool area) that had a pool table and lending library. The pool and hot tub were perfect. I think I liked it better than the beach....odd for this nature-loving girl to be saying. But these were the first days of our trip, work had been very stressful, and I was wanting to be away from the busy-busy-hum of people. Pool was quiet, beach was crowded (it was the weekend). Kids were off doing their own thing. I drifted in hot tub, then cooled off in pool, then hot tub, then pool. You get the idea! :D All-in-all, a magical start to our two weeks on the Big Island. I'd stay there again and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a place in Kona-Kailua area. FABULOUS!

After we came back, they charge me $97, because they found out the towels turned a dingy blue/gray. Towels is consumables for hotel. They make addition charge only something blue on towels. I clear everything, but still get charge, feel so sad, like whatever you do, they still going to charge you.

Great condo close to the beach.

Wonderful place. Right across from the best sand beach for swimming and boogie boarding. Close to great spots for snorkeling and close enough to go out in Kailua without being in middle of the bustle. Condo was well equipped both in the kitchen and for beach equipment. Large balcony with unobstructed views of the neighborhood and partial ocean view. Very clean and beds were super comfortable.

Amazing location and adorable space

The owners went to great lengths to make this apartment have a Hawaiian esthetic and energy. That being said it had all the modern comfort and conveniences necessary to enjoy a great Big Island vacation. Facilities were great with tennis, beach and pool all close by. Kona weather was amazing. Of particular note, was the spacious lanai where we would watch the sunrise and the birds come to life. Thanks for such a great place. We miss it already.

Beautiful Kona

This property was everything one could want or imagine in a condo stay. We had absolutely everything we could possibly have needed. It was definitely a home away from home for us! The pictures and descriptions are spot on and frankly it’s even nicer then you can imagine. Lots of room, comfy beds, beautiful Lanai, excellent swimming pool on site and the beach is just across the street. This was our first time visiting the Big Island, hoping it won’t be our last and we’d definitely stay here again! Thank you to the three Sisters who own this Unit. Our stay was perfect

The pictures don’t do justice!

This was one of the most beautiful, well-stocked rentals we’ve stayed in. The condo is lovely with beautiful art in every room. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay from beach chairs, towels, etc. the balcony has a more expansive view than I expected based on the pictures. We enjoyed meals out there and just taking it all in. Short walk to the Magic Sands beach and super convenient to both Kona and Keauhou.

We love this location for the fact that it has the beach so close, the snorkel beach 'Kahaluu' is just down the road less than a mile and town is only 4 miles away. The convenience is perfect
