Our luxurious condo is located in Kailua-Kona at Beach Villas at Kahalu’u (BVK). This is your home away from home with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that each have walk in showers. Our welcoming condo features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, which is perfect for a small family or 2 couples. We also provide a pack ‘n’ play, portable high chair and inflatable toddler bed for a child up to 6 years of age. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, AC, and WiFi during your stay. Each bedroom and living area have their own tvs. The kitchen is stocked with high end appliances complete with freezer and fridge with an ice maker, full sized oven and stove and dishwasher. We supply beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel gear. The infinity pool and hot tub are amazing with a phenomenal view of Kahalu’u snorkel and surf beach. And if you decide to join in the fun, just grab the provided snorkel gear and take a quick jaunt across the street. The pool area also includes a BBQ grill for your use. Enjoying your morning coffe on the lanai will provide you with a breathtaking view of the ocean. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

This condo was amazing. There are ocean views from both the patio and the pool. The condo is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach, ocean and whatever else you aim to do on the island. You don't need to bring anything except for clothing. If we ever stay on the Big Island again we are definitely rebooking this same condo.

Fantastic place on an amazing island! Right across the street from incredible snorkeling! The place is super clean with all the amenities. Couldn’t ask for more really. Easy parking, outdoor pool with ocean views and quick access to other parts of town. Thanks!

We had an absolutely lovely time at this condo! Everything was even better than expected. We loved the lanai! The location across from Kahalu’u is wonderful. The condo is clean, with everything we could possibly need including all manner of beach gear. Communication was excellent. We would stay here again!

Lovely well-furnished apartment. We especially enjoyed the terrace. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were there for 3 nights but wish we had stayed for more days. We can only give the best recommendations.

Beautiful condo, super clean, nice beds

Every need anticipated. Well appointed kitchen with nice cookware and utensils, really comfortable beds, fully private lanai with wicker table and chairs, and was super, super clean.

Kona Perfect Stay

Enjoyed our stay at the Kahalu’u Beach Villas. Condo was on ground floor and easy access to parking lot, pool, or beach. View from the lanai of beach or sunsets was still good. The owner really does fully stock the condo. They had everything you could need from adult/kids snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, coolers etc. The dishes, pots, and other kitchen things was way more than enough. They even had some mineral sunscreen and mask de fog. Owner was super responsive. We would stay here again on next trip to the big island.

Great condo and great location to explore the island and stay close to Kailua. Small beach right across the street and perfect lanai to watch the activity and hear the waves. Condo had everything we needed and then some. Pictures are accurate and parking right next to the entrance was great. Very quiet complex and private layout of each unit and lanai. Hoping to stay again!

We fell in love with the Big Island 15 years ago and decided then that we would make it our retirement/vacation home away from home. When we are not in Hawaii or Montana, we are traveling throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, and New Zealand. While we are traveling, we always stay in VRBO or Airbnb units, so we have learned a lot about hosting and what makes a wonderful stay for our guests. We hope you will enjoy our home here in Hawaii, as much as we do.
