Spacious villa with views, between Saint-Chinian and Assignan.

Tréville is a beautiful spacious detached house with a large garden (5000 m2) and a private salt water pool of 36m2. It's possible to heat the pool (option). The whole house has air conditioning (cooling and heating).
Beautifully situated on the vineyards and yet close to the lively town of Saint Chinian and only 3.5 km from Assignan, a pretty village with several restaurants and shops. There is also a beautiful, marked hiking trail from Tudery to Assignan. More information on this and other walking routes can be found in the house.

With a covered terrace, and south-facing garden, the house offers plenty of opportunities to choose between sun or shade. There is also an outdoor kitchen and an (hot water) outdoor shower overlooking the valley! On the ground floor, is the master bedroom, with private bathroom (freestanding bath and separate shower) and French doors to the garden. The children’s room is also on the ground floor. This room is also good to use as a workspace. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, one with a balcony and a second bathroom. All the rooms have beautiful views over the surrounding vineyards.

The kitchen and living room both open onto the terrace and garden. The spacious kitchen-diner invites you to prepare the most delicious dishes and from the living room and from the terrace you have a wonderful view over the valley with its beautiful rock formations. And in spring, beautiful concerts of the nightingale!

There is a lively market in Saint Chinian on Thursday and Sunday mornings. There is an excellent organic wine producer in the village: domaine Bordes.
You can play tennis in Saint-Chinian and near Béziers there is a beautiful Golf Course (47 km). For more info on golf courses; see box lower on this page. Canoeing is possible on the Orb. A good departure point is Roquebrun. The Mediterranean beach is only 45 car minutes away; Valras, Gruisssan, Vendres or Sérignan Plage.
In the region, you will find several towns worth visiting. The nearest are Beziers and Narbonne!
