The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of La Bresse, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 34 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 5 travelers (ideally 2 adults and 3 children, the bunk beds are not adapted for adults). Located on the 8th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 23 m², an open equipped kitchen, a separate mountain corner, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates...
- A separate sleeping area with a sliding door and a bunk bed that sleeps three. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults but for children.
- A shower room with shower and toilet.

Additional equipment: raclette machine, fondue machine, clotheshorse, hairdryer, etc.

Outside:
- A balcony of about 8 m² exposed South-South-East to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has obtained the label "Famille Plus Montagne". The Vosges offer in summer and winter a multitude of activities and leisure activities:

In summer :
- More than 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits, Walks in forests and numerous lakes, Lispach, fishing for pike, carp, perch and trout...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar at 1 hour).

In winter :
- Alpine skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (5 minutes walk from the apartment), the largest area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic domain: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoeing circuits, international biathlon stadium, lighted trail, sledging trails, ice rink.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the private parking of the residence, several unnumbered places.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- A winter shuttle for the ski slopes.
- Nearest train station: Remiremont station located 40 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine airport located 2 hours and 4 minutes away by car.

Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Sheets and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.
- There is a closed cupboard in the ski room.
- The bunk beds are not suitable for adults but for children.
