Private fenced in Pool - Free wifi - Indian creek 3 miles to Disney

We would like to personally welcome you and your family/friends to our lovely villa in the Indian Creek subdivision located in Kissimmee, Florida, just south of Walt Disney World!
Since our original intent was just to have this home as our vacation home, we have put a lot of time and energy into making our home how we want it to be for our vacations. We have selected mattresses, pillows, and bedding that make sleeping feel like lying in the midst of clouds! This was one of our most important decisions when purchasing items for our home; a great night sleep for everyone! Now that we are opening our doors to others, we will always looking for suggestions on improvement to enhance the customer’s experience! We are continually improving the property, so please understand as pictures may reflect different decorations and upgrades. You will not be disappointed! This peaceful neighborhood is within 3 miles of the Disney property and also close to attractions such as Old Town, Epcot, Universal Studios, and Sea World. If you want to relax on a beach, travel east for Daytona beaches and west for Clearwater, St. Pete beaches; a little over an hour either way! Walmart is only 2 minutes away for last minutes items you may need on your adventures. Tree Trek is only 5 minutes away for those looking for a challenging family adventure!
You will absolutely LOVE to return to our home at the end of a busy, fun-packed day and relax on our comfortable furniture, in the tranquil and refreshing pool, or under the covered lanai with ceiling fan. If a break in the middle of the busy day is needed, our home is close enough to stop in, rest and return without losing precious time driving long distances. There will be no need to struggle past exhaustion to get through the day because the rental is just too far away to drive back and forth! While others may claim to be 5-10 minutes (dependent upon traffic) from Disney, we actually ARE!
Our home is child friendly. It is equipped with a small crib and high chair. We have an assortment of children’s eating utensils, plates, and bowls, but no sippy cups or bottles. We have individual door alarms on ALL doors that will need to be turned on during your stay to protect small children that like to venture out, and will definitely let you know if a door is open!
We have equipped our home with the comforts we, along with others, enjoy while on vacation, such as 5G high speed internet and board games for family participation. Our recently resurfaced screened in large pool (heat available in the cooler months for an additional fee) is private to other neighbors due to solid fencing. You can even enjoy night swimming with the lighted pool! The depth of the pool is 3-5 foot with in pool bench on the deeper end (nice to sit and relax while in the pool). ALL children must be accompanied by an adult no matter the swimming skill.

Pool/spa heating is extra charge $35 per day !
