We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jim’s home. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet, yet the house is conveniently close to WDW. Jim was easy to communicate with — prompt and helpful whenever we had questions. A highlight was the land conservation behind the house: we loved seeing and hearing a large variety of birds each day simply by lounging at the home's private pool in our pajamas while drinking espresso. Jim’s thoughtful welcome treats were a thoughtful surprise. The home was tidy and comfortable — very easy to relax in and it was nice being able to have our fur baby with us on this trip. Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay! There were 6 of us, all adults, plus our dogs. The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Even though the weather was cool, we were still able to enjoy the heated pool a bit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Not to mention Jim was great … very communicative and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great property, close to everything but far enough away to be out of the busy. Perfect for relaxing nights after the parks and the heated pool was the cherry on top for my boys! House was super clean and the host is just amazing! Even walked into balloon for my son’s bday! Truly a great spot and will be back !

Very inviting, clean and well stocked in the kitchen and baths. Pool was awesome. Neighbor was gated and very nice. Owner was just a text or call away for any questions. Looking forward to booking again. Highly recommend this awesome property.

This is our second time staying at this location. Jim is a wonderful host. He has a clean welcoming home. Plenty of space. Very nice pool. Nice comfortable beds and super clean rooms. Really nice big comfortable couch. My daughter loved it so much she left a sweet note on the whiteboard there. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Relaxing fun home away from home

Enjoyed a few days to relax, swim, play games and hang out with family. Clean well stocked home with all the little things to add comfort. Kid and pet friendly. Great location for walking and nice facilities in neighborhood. Wonderful host with great communications. Beautiful home!

Relaxing Stay

We loved the property! The owner was easy to communicate with and the house was just what we needed for a little getaway weekend. We enjoyed the pool and the gorgeous sunsets. Poolside meals on the patio were so nice, the fan helped to keep us nice and cool. Great stay!

Very good communication from the owner. House was ready early which was great. Grandkids liked the pool. Very quiet community. 30 minutes to just about everything. Would stay here again.

House was very nice and we felt right at home. We really appreciated the ease of communication with the owner. Jim gave us a heads up about a launch happening at Cape Canaveral. We also appreciated the sporting equipment and pool towels available at the house.

Great Stay - Worry Free

This was the perfect spot for our family. We loved the location - only a 20-30 minute drive to Disney (depending on traffic). And we love the pool! For someone not wanting to stay at one of the Disney resorts, this is a fantastic option. Jim was super friendly and responded quickly when we had a question. Highly recommend.

Dirty

Although the house looks nice in pictures, it is very obvious this house was not professionally cleaned if cleaned at all. Upon arrival we found a cockroach and pubic hair in the guest bathroom shower. The master shower had dirty foot prints and a large clump of wet hair on the ground. Both of the toilets were not cleaned and still had poop on the sides. The kitchen sponge and brush supplied to us both were visibly dirty. The bedroom fans were covered in dust and we were scared to turn them on. I understand I am staying in someone else’s home but it felt a little uncomfortable with how many personal items/ pictures there were displayed. There were many family pictures hung on the walls and in the book case in the living room. The master closet (which was not mentioned to avoid) had quite a lot of clothes hung and folded on top of the cabinet. There was a single pair of male underwear just hanging out at the entrance of the closet. It almost felt like the owner lives on property and just picks up and leaves when the house is booked. Some pros of the property: the property manager was very responsive. He allowed us an early check in without charging. There were 2 bottles of wine and some chocolates waiting for us upon check in. The pool area is spacious. The pool was heated for us, although the water looked a bit dirty. Overall, I would not recommend this property.

Christmas Vacation

This year we decided to spend our family Christmas vacation in Orlando and Jim and his house did not disappoint. We felt right at home. The heated pool was a hit with the kids, and the back yard and amazing sunset was a hit with my wife. When we vacation in Orlando again we will definitely try to stay here.
