Good Stay in Historic, Modernist Building

This is a great opportunity to stay at an incredible, historic building - truly an unforgettable experience. The space itself is quite basic and does not have WiFi nor was there any check-in information from the host regarding building amenities or the functioning of the apartment (how to open the historic upper windows, how to access the roof deck, etc). Unfortunately the coffee machine did not work and the space itself is under-furnished with very basic foam pads for mattresses and limited seating. Despite these inconveniences, we loved being able to experience a few days in such an historically significant building and would recommend to anyone interested in architecture.

Perfect for architecture family

A beautiful and clean, spacious bit of architectural history. It was a dream to stay in le corbusiers masterpiece. Communication with property manager was seamless. We mistakenly booked for two adults instead of a family of 4 and the manager quickly helped us to unlock the room with the extra beds, find linens etc. the decor was minimal and appropriate for the style of the building. A few things that should be noted: no ac or wifi (didnt matter to us), coffee maker was broken, no kettle or other coffee making device. The apartment was cleaned but still rotting food found in a a drawer and in the refrigerator, trash was stuffed in some closets , old dirty kids toys in the bathroom and back room. Needs to simply be cleaned out. I’d also say a new set of towels would be a good idea as the ones left are threadbare. Simple touches like soap and sugar and a kettle are a good idea. With a tiny bit of effort this apartment could go for twice as much per nice. Gorgeous view and mint condition.
