This unique accommodation is close to all sites and amenities, making it easy to visit our beautiful resort.

The accommodation is located in a small alley of the thatch - fishing district of Les Sables d'Olonne 50m from the mythical Channel of the Vendée Globe.

Shops and transport are nearby. Do everything on foot!

This accommodation is made for 2/3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child over 12 years old.
Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Thank you to take note.

This newly renovated accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment consisting of:
- 1 living room (TV) / living room / kitchen - single sofa bed
- 1 separate WC
- 1 bedroom
- 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer.

Deposit taken via SWIKLY: an email will be sent to you automatically.
Included in the price :
- Wifi by fiber
- Household products: dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, detergent.
- Shower gel, shampoo, soap
- Some foods to help out: coffee, tea, herbal teas, sugar, rice
- Necessary for cleaning
- The necessary for your zero waste shopping (basket, tote bag)

Bed linen and towels are Paid options.

The accommodation overlooks a small alley where you are allowed to take out the deck chairs and small table. These are to be returned in your absence.

Ideal place to telecommute:
- Wifi access (fiber) is excellent, out of season you are quiet.
- The dining table and its cozy bench make it a tested and approved office!
- No need to be transported, you will find absolutely everything nearby.
- The little extra: the bulk grocery store which is located 50m from the apartment allows you to buy just what you need for a few days without having to buy large quantities in the supermarket.

COME BY TRAIN
Les Sables d'Olonne station is served by the TGV and is located 2.8 km from the apartment.
Bus line B stops a few meters from the apartment (Places d’armes station): journey time 18 min
We also offer paid transfer to and from the train station.

COME BY CAR
You can park your vehicle a few steps from the accommodation (on the thatched quay), or in the streets near the accommodation.
No place assigned to the apartment.

RENT A BIKE
A bike rental company is located 7min walk away and is open all year round. Just call him to pick up a bike.

Arrival? Between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Supplement between 9 p.m. and midnight.
Departure? Between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Supplement between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m.
Arrivals and departures are fixed according to the schedule of the concierge.
Bed linen and toiletries? Duvets and pillows are available. Sheets and towels are optional (to be reserved).
Household? Cleaning is included in your reservation to ensure cleanliness upon your arrival. However, we ask that you leave the premises clean when you leave (dishes tidy and clean, garbage cans emptied and cleaned, etc.).
Bail? A Deposit will be taken via SWIKLY. You will receive an email to this effect (Debited only in the event of damage).
