Welcome to our home! We want you to fall in love with the house the same way we did when we first saw it.

It's a modern luxury for families, friends, kids, and grandparents to enjoy. Our 3200 sqft detached home offers you privacy and space, with the proximity of all the local restaurants and shops, but without the congestion. Our fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill allow you to cook gourmet meals or take the easy route and order out.

This is the ideal escape from work and the monotony we have fallen into, perfect for multiple families, a group of friends or just you and the kids!

The first floor allows you access to the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen, living and dining area. In the open floor plan, there is more than enough seating and space for everyone. There is walk out access to the heated* pool, patio and outdoor grill. This is a perfect set up for an indoor/outdoor socially distanced soirée! Use the back gate to walk over to the beach in less than 4 minutes. When you get back, use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before throwing your swim clothes in the washer/dryer - how easy is that??

As you arrive on the second floor, you have a gorgeous view out the large master bedroom (king bed). Wake up to the sunrise and snuggle with your loved one on the private master balcony as the sun sets. There are 2 additional bedrooms (both king beds) on the floor each boasting of their own ensuite bathroom. Each room in the house delights in its own flatscreen HDTV and large window - so you can continue to enjoy the views, nest in bed with a great book or catch up on your favorite shows!

The third floor balcony greets you at the top of the stairs. It’s the perfect space to host a sunset viewing party or relax in the additional living space complete with a kitchenette to chill your favorite champagne! The third floor has 6 additional beds - one room has 4 spacious, full size, bunk beds! Who says adults can’t join in the fun?!?!?!?! There is also another king bedroom and a pull out sofa in the lounge.

This house has something for everyone - heated* pool, private bedrooms, quick beach access, viewing balconies, space for the kids to play, bikes to ride down 30A, and easy entry for grandparents to enjoy.......what more could you ask for in a beach getaway?!?!?
