Only minutes away from Kingston Downs, Barnsley Resort, Beretta Shooting Grounds, Magnolia Creek Farms, Sage Cottage, Lake Point Park, Berry college, lots of wedding venues and much more.
Enjoy nights on the front porch with mountain views or relax out back by the fire.
Southern Living offers a spacious 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom Home with plenty of parking on 15 acres. Exterior Driveway cameras for security.

Beautiful location, has everything you need. As one of our family said when we were leaving - no notes!Near Barnsley Resort and Sage Cottage, this is a perfect option to stay nearby to attend a wedding or other function with plenty of space for some extended family or a group of friends to be together.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this stay. The photos do not do it justice!! Absolutely lovely property – felt like we were tucked away from the rest of the world but just 5 minutes from the wedding location. Home was decorated beautifully, extremely comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Andrea was always available with any questions we had. Would be perfect for a large family/friends getaway. We would love to visit again!

We had a great stay at the property. Highly recommend for any events around Rome or Cartersville. The house has plenty of room for large families and was very clean. All the conveniences you need are provided. Very private location with a nice back patio.

We were in town for a wedding at Magnolia Creek Farms and this place was perfect for all of us to stay in. Kitchen was well equipped as we made breakfast each morning. House was very clean.

This house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Perfect for our large family gathering for a nearby wedding.The only 2 downsides: it’s near a train track, so bring earplugs or white noise if you’re a light sleeper, and the front porch was under construction while we were there, so we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful view. The hosts were super responsive and friendly.

This is the perfect space for large gatherings. We celebrated thanksgiving with a number of friends and their children. The grounds at beautiful and the perfect space for children to run around. The inside was spacious with ample room to spread out. We would stay here again!
