Come and enjoy our sun-drenched house, climatised, deally situated between the sea and the lake (Etang de Thau). It is a 130m2 south facing colorate house, it has a sunny tarrace and a pleasant leafy garden.
In a quiet district, a pleasant garden with filly-grown trees, secluded terrace at the back of a south facing house. It is family-friendly with a slightly original decoration.
We are experienced swappers (10years) and used to taking care of other people's homes.
The Beaches are the main attractions of our town. It has remained an authentically charming town. It is also known as "little Venice" because of its canals. We are close to the Camargue with its pink flamingos and numerous salt marshes. In the summertime, there is a wide range of festivals in our lively town. But our house is in a quiet district.
It is a 15' drive from the A9 motorway
It is a 30km from Montpellier airport
It is a 1km from the train station in Sète
