Great location, comfortable stay

Everything was just was we were hoping for! Clean, modern, beautiful beach view, and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, lots of glasses, plates, etc. I liked the extra bath towels - nice touch. The pool was great - big enough where it never felt crowded and we always had a chair. Location was walkable to several amazing restaurants plus the grocery store and target. We would definitely return!

Property was outstanding! We loved how clean and comfortable the stay was. Beach was close and easily accessible. Location was great also! We loved it and will definitely be back.

Perfect stay

What a wonderful surprise to have found this condo. For full disclosure, it was at a discounted rate due to construction during non-quiet hours but we were never disturbed. The property owners responded quickly to our inquiries ahead of time & HUGE surprise was that one set of beach chairs & umbrella was included. The property was quiet, conveniently located on the beach and our stay mid-September greeted us with unpopulated beaches. The condo itself is spacious, comfortable with updated bathrooms. My sister commented that some of the furniture is slightly dated but who cares? It’s the beach. A multitude of Destin & Miramar restaurants and shops were a quick drive. Definitely recommend this place!

First time to Destin

The property outside looked rough. Didn’t know what I got myself into. Inside was better. Condo was clean. View was better than expected of ocean. Security was not in booth until day 3 when we were then informed we needed a pass to park and were given a map of property, we thought that was funny. Loved being able to pull close to the elevator to load or unload in rain.

it was just okay!!

The condo was nice and clean!! The building is under construction and it’s a mess!!! Parking was horrible! Being close to beach was great but you had to walk around a bunch of construction to get to the entrance to the beach!! Just wish we had known about the remodeling before booking!😟

Very nice with a lovely view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family first vacation trip to the beach,The condo was very clean, we where close to everything some even in walking distance. The only thing that I dislike was when they taped off the balcony we only got one day to go on balcony (didn't get a chance to eat my breakfast or lunch on the balcony 😞) we are planning on heading back in a couple of months so I know they should be through with construction on the balconies because they were busy. But the family had a really good time we will be back 😀

Nice Stay with some Hiccups

Decent condo, a little dated as is the entire building. Could use some TLC. The laundry room door was jammed upon arrival and would not open, so we had to remove the door handle and replace it to fix it ourselves, luckily my husband is pretty handy. Nice location and the beach chair service was nice as well. Balcony was nice and had a view as shown. Location was decent, but the pool was so far away! Wish we would of known that prior! Construction is still going on, but we knew about that before our stay but some of the workers yelled some inappropriate things towards me, so we were a little uneasy the rest of the stay. Overall, a nice place to stay, but probably would choose elsewhere until the construction is complete!

Getaway

Beautiful location. The condo was also beautiful but the floor was very dirty. Our feet were black just by walking across it. Socks got ruined because of the dirtiness. I had also contacted the manager because the reviews had said great location with the exception of construction going on so I reached out and specifically asked about construction on tower two condo 2052. I was instructed that construction is done in that tower, but there would be construction elsewhere on the property, that was a lie. I did reach out to the owner again and she reverted her words and said that there was construction as she instructed me I was told all construction was done on Tower two we had a crane out our window five of the six days and they were working on the basement we had to walk through it to get to the ocean there’s barricades up , but overall the condo was beautiful. The view was beautiful and Anthony our beach attendant was very professional. Overall, I would say this is a great stay.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air conditioner in our unit broke down the day before we arrived. Very understandable. They did try to place us in another location until repaired. Also the understandable and appreciated. But then realized that the temporary location was occupied for one the two days we were expected to be waiting and wanted us to use that unit for one day and pack up and go to another unit the next day and then pack up and go to the original unit for the remainder of our week. I said that was unacceptable and would the please book and pay for a hotel u til the a.c. is fixed. She actually laughed at me and said no. But if you want to find another place we will refund the two days you will not be with our property. Thats nice of you thanks for laughing. So here I am, the afternoon before my family gets on a plane at 5:30 tomorrow morning with no place to stay. Luckily found a Clark Grizwald two bedroom suit. Not on the beach and no view, but what ever. The condo was very nice abd so was the view. They did end up giving me a $250 credit after I had expressed my oppinion in person. Maybe she did all she could do. Thats fine. But when it comes to my vacation that doesn't matter. Im not on vacation to scamble around at the last minute, moving from place to place. Its supposed to be low stress and relaxing and I dont have faith in this company moving forward. If they did their best then thats ok and thank you, but your service just is t that great and I will not be using you again. 2 stars.

We loved how clean it was. 2 Spacious bedrooms The light on the balcony didn’t work we brought a table lamp from the living room, but neither balcony outlet worked. No big deal. The Four of us just used our cell phone flashlight to play games. The master bedroom light for the closet area didn’t work. No problem. We kept the lamp on in the bedroom. The second bedroom REALLY needs blackout drapes. The ones in the master are perfect. Wish list-bar stools for the balcony for easier viewing of the beach. Excellent washer and dryer provided.The furniture was sturdy and so pretty. The decor thought out and meaningful. Loved all the jars of seashells. Nice quiet atmosphere. Shout out to Kim, the security guard for answering all our many questions when we checked in as well as restaurant recommendations. She walked around to shows us the grounds and introduced us to the office staff. Nice workout room, super large pool and outdoor games. Thank you.

Beautiful condo on the beach!

What a beautiful condo that overlooks the gorgeous beach and gulf waters. The unit was clean, well stocked, had plenty of room for our family, and is in the perfect location to all Destin has to offer. The included beach set-up (two chairs and an umbrella) is an added bonus. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

Spacious and perfect!

We traveled with 4 children ages 11-16 and this was perfect for our needs. The condo was spacious and clean, as well as very close to the beach for access. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. We will definitely be back!
