"L'Arbre de Vy" is a cozy independent apartment on our property. It is well equipped, perfect and recommended for any kind of stay, alone, with friends or family that can accommodate up to 5 people.

The entrance to this accommodations are independent.
We live on site in the house next door.

The accommodations are a 42m2 apartment.
The bedding is new (1 double bed, a 120 sofa bed), 1 single bed, 1 foldable bed.
The bedroom consists of a Queen size double bed (160) and a single bed of 90.
The living room consists of a 120 sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children) and a foldable bed.
The shower room is new.
The kitchen consists of a combined microwave grill oven, induction hobs, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine with pods provided, crockery for 5 people...). 2 dining areas (bar with stools or table) are also available.

Bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided.

A key box is available for late arrivals or when we are momentarily away.

Parking is easy and free on the street.
An enclosed garage is available at no extra charge for one car or motorbike (on request).

Le Mans SNCF train station is accessible in 5 minutes by car (17 minutes on foot).

The accommodations are located 10 minutes by car from the Bugatti 24h circuit.

A Carrefour Market as well as local shops (bakery, pharmacy...) are 10 minutes walk away.

A bus line is located in front of the apartment. Trams 1 and 2 are less than 15 minutes away on foot.
