Charming Norman farmhouse tastefully decorated, with large garden, semi-detached, located in Pays de Caux, 8 km from the sea.
Ideally located between Dieppe (15 km) and Saint Valéry en Caux (13 km) and 10 minutes from VEULES LES ROSES.
The property consists of a 2000 m² park, with space for vehicles, and an authentic Norman house of 108 m².
On the ground floor, an entrance hall, a living room with an 18th century fireplace (not usable), fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a shower room and WC.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed (160) and an extra single bed.
A second bedroom, just as large, equipped with a 160 double bed opening onto a bathroom with WC.
Calm assured and bucolic setting.
Strong points :
Proximity to the sea (Veules les Roses, Saint Aubin sur Mer, Quiberville...)
Local markets: Wednesday in Veules les Roses, Friday in Saint Valéry en Caux, Saturday in Dieppe and Sunday in Luneray, 1 km from the house.
The "linen route" cycle route linking Dieppe to Fécamp passes behind the house.

Beautiful house with nice neighbors

We really enjoyed our two week stay here - just a short drive to Luneray for shopping and very calm bucolic atmosphere. Our concierge Sandrine was impeccable. Highly reccommended.

Gruchet experience

Very nice but needs upgrading outside, driveway/patio. Inside, not enough sockets, bathroom access very unsafe and door does not close, no bath plug so effectively no bath, tiny tv. Communication not good.

Sehr schön restauriertes normannisches Fachwerk-Bauernhaus, direkt gegenüber der Kirche und der Mairie (nach hinten heraus nicht ganz so schön), mit moderner, nahezu komplett eingerichteter Küche (nur ein Pfannenheber fehlte) und komfortablen breiten Betten. Nach vorne wunderbar mit Blumen bepflanzter Garten. Kein Kontakt zu den Gastgebern, sondern nur zur Conciergerie. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Autotouren (Véloroute du Lin, Küste), Supermärkte und schöne Einzelhandelsgeschäfte im Nachbarort in 2 km Entfernung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Sandrine. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine. Schöner Garten mit Gartenmöbeln. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La longere est meublée avec beaucoup de goût, très confortable avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Il ne manquait qu’un parasol car oui nous avons eu un temps splendide ☀️ durant tout le séjour et Sandrine a immédiatement fait le nécessaire 🙏. L’entourage est également très calme, seul Maurice (le coq 🐓) chante et c’est un vrai plaisir 😊. Nous reviendrons certainement 😊
