Right in the center - town of Artenay, close to shops and served by the SNCF line, the RN20 and also the A10 and the A19. This cottage will make an ideal place for a stay with family, friends or colleagues. On the ground floor, a living and dining room, equipped kitchen and a patio.
Upstairs, three bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed (window overlooking the interior patio and not the outside), a bathroom, a room with sink, a separate toilet, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed with dressing room.
