Super !!

L'appartement est très agréable et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Sa localisation est vraiment idéale. Petit bémol : les murs et fenêtres sont mal isolés, ce qui fait qu'on entend parfois les voisins et les bruits extérieurs.

Schönes Familientreffen zu Ostern

Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie beschrieben und erwartet. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Super Lage, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Strand, Hafen, Fußgängerzone ! Wichtig: gratis: geschützter Parkplatz! Danke, gerne wieder

Il aurait ete judicieux de signaler dans l annonce que l appartement etait au premier étage avec des escaliers difficiles pour une personne qui vient de se faire poser une prothèse du genou. Manque un rideau dans la piece principale vis à vis avec le logement de l autre côté de la rue .la table et les fauteuils de jardin pas terrible .quant aux plaques électriques un peu obsolètes longues à chauffer

Studio parfaitement placé !

Studio idéal pour des vacances à 2 à l'île de Ré. Idéalement situé à La Flotte en Ré. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir tout faire à pieds, et d'avoir une place de parking dédiée, très pratique à ce moment de l'année !

Appartement fonctionnel situé dans une charmante résidence. A quelques minutes à pied du centre ville de La Flotte et de son port. Emplacement prévu pour les vélos pour faire de belle balade sur l'île...

Appartement T2 La Flotte

Résidence et logement extrêmement bien situés, calme, bien équipés. Toutefois, la structure est vieillissante que ce soit le logement ou la résidence. Nous avons séjourné dans la même résidence, il y a 5 ans et les abords de la piscine était mieux entretenue. L’hôte est réactive et bienveillante. Je n’ai pas compris des commentaires précédents négatifs notifiant qu’il n’y avait pas de produit vaisselle, papier toilette….dans le logement. De notre côté, nous avons trouvé ces éléments ainsi que des dosettes à café, huile, poivre, sel…..ce qui est appréciable.

Location sympathique

Il serait bien de préciser, sur l'annonce de la location ,de venir avec le linge de lits, serviettes de toilette, torchons... Dommage ,qu'une locataire, en résidence permanente, ne respecte pas le calme et se fiche de faire du bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin, pas vraiment sympa de sa part.Mis a part ce petit problème ,la location est vraiment sympathique.

Pas a la hauteur

La location est très bien située et dans un endroit sécurisé pour y mettre les voitures et vélos. Maintenant le négatif. On ne nous a répondu que 14h après et nous étions déjà en route : il n'y avait pas de draps. Pour en avoir il fallait payer 30 euros (non spécifié dans l'annonce). Une piscine : oui il y a une piscine couverte qui est non accessible (en tout cas pas à notre periode) : non spécifié. Vous arrivez dans l'appartement : pas de papier toilette, pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de torchon, poubelle sans même un seul sac, douche bouchée. Si vous voulez prendre deux douches de suite il faut attendre un bon quart d'heure que l'eau s'evacue du bac. Frigo très sale et douche sale également. Je suis désolée mais je n'ai pas respecté mon engagement des 30 euros (draps et serviettes. Serviettes dont nous ne nous sommes pas servies). A 100 euros la nuit je trouve dommage qu'on ne puisse pas respecter plus les vacanciers avec un peu de ménage, d'entretien et d'achat de choses rudimentaires.
