No better location if you’d like to be right in the heart of the adorable little town, this apartment is situated above a coffee shop. You’ll find an easy drive to Assateague for a wonderful beach day, and the hotel Atlantic had incredible food. Don’t forget Baked or Mandala to bring home amazing baked goods or pies, respectively.

A perfect location if you want to explore downtown Berlin. It’s right in the heart of Main Street walking distance to everything.The apartment had everything we needed and was very cozy and clean . Would definitely book this spot again.

This was the perfect little place for a get-away-weekend. We loved everything about the apartment. Great floor plan, super comfortable bed, large TV and cozy living room. Sitting right over a friendly coffee shop in the heart of town made our visit most enjoyable. We parked and never needed our car. All the restaurants were within easy walking distance. The host has thought about everything, and the unit was super clean, quiet and again, very comfortable.

Adorable and clean

My husband and I had a great stay in Berlin. The apartment was clean and just what we needed for a weekend. The town is so adorable and we loved walking downstairs for a coffee in the morning.

Location, location, location! Fabulous apartment with all of the necessities nestled in the heart of Berlin. It was our first visit but definitely won't be our last. The adorable coffee shop right next door was an added bonus ;-)

Nice efficiency apartment. Check in was easy as the host supplied the door codes a few days ahead of our stay. The kitchen well equipped for small meals for a few guests. The apartment was dated, but clean and functional. The AC worked great.

The apartment was clean and furnished nicely with comfortable furniture and color scheme and of course “seafarers welcome”! The location was perfect between small town ambience and parks and ocean nearby, about 10-15 minutes (Assateague Island). Ocean City boardwalk was a treat also and not crowded due to the off-season. It was about 10-15 minutes away too. Great restaurants within walking distance and friendly businesses were a treat. Parking was not difficult due to the layout of the town, full access. If you can’t handle stairs, it may not be a good choice, but I’m in senior age bracket and I had no problem. Everything was great! Berlin is a fantastic small town next to a bustling oceanfront city, Ocean City.

Great! comfortable, cozy, adequate kitchen facilities, wonderful location, clean and attractive decor. Small but sufficient space for my wife & myself…we could walk to everything we wanted to see in Berlin…we ate at half a dozen different places within quick walking distance of the rooms…never had to worry about directions or parking…will come back in the fall for more!

Right Downtown in Quaint Tourist Town

A view of main street with easy access to the beach and wild ponies. It's just a short drive to Assateague Island from Berlin. The apartment is walking distance to several restaurants and a great ice cream shop. My wife and I along with our 5 year old child enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is small but we still prepared most of our meals there.

Convenient location in downtown Berlin

The description of this property on VRBO was accurate. The landlord was attentive & quick to respond to any questions or suggestions I had. The unit is perfect for one person or a couple and easy to do a little bit of cooking, if desired. Extremely convenient to downtown Berlin. Access to free parking was never an issue.
