Set in an enclosed garden, the first floor comprises a large room with a sea view, including a living room with a wood-burning stove, a glazed dining room, a fully-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto an outside terrace on the first floor, a hallway and a separate toilet.

The second level comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. On the top floor, three bedrooms and a shower room with WC complete the layout of the house.

On the garden level, the house has a utility room with shower.
Outside, there is an enclosed garden to the rear of the house and two wooden terraces. The first is on the east side of the garden, and the second is on the sea side and faces due west, providing a natural extension to the living room in summer.
Parking is available in front of the house or inside the property.
The property is part of a residential area facing the ocean, free from any communal buildings.

Family use only, no groups. The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.

SHEETS AND LINEN ARE OBLIGATORY PROVIDED; cost of 22 euros per person to be paid on arrival. This includes sheets, 2 towels per person, bathmats and tea towels.
