Right next door to our 5 star “Goose Lake Getaway” cabin is our new completely renovated rustic cabin with all modern updates and amenities!
Come enjoy all the area has to offer including fishing at the dozens of water areas with a few miles radius. Goose Lake is a 8 min walk at the end of the street. Only 20 min. Drive to the WI Dells for family and adult entertainment.

Wisconsin Dell’s / 4th of July Trip

I had a great time staying at the cabin with 3 buddies. We were able to grill and hangout for the weekend. Not too far from the Dells and Wisconsin River. Comfortable stay. Not too much to complain about.

Wonderful place to stay

The cabin was very clean and cozy. Very grateful we could take our pets with us. Short distance from the dells and quiet location. Owner and property manager very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great cabin!

It’s a small cabin that easily sleeps 4 (or more) that’s within driving distance of the Dells and Lake Petenwell. The backyard is a beautiful and quiet space. I would definitely consider coming back if I need a Vrbo in the area in the future.

Summer Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic family weekend at this cabin. Plenty of nature, places to walk the dogs, friendly neighborhood, 20 min drive to the Dells. The cabin is cozy with a large backyard and lots of character with the rustic decorations and themes. We highly recommend High Rock cafe in the Dells and a Wild Thing jet boat tour. We also hit the outlet mall for some great buys. Plenty to do for everybody!

Cozy cabin

Very nice cabin and shaded back yard. Did get a little warm without AC but was walking distance from the lake. Also a very good size with 3 bedrooms. Quiet and relaxed nieghbors.

Great cabin to sleep in

This is a beautiful place with character for days perif you were looking for a place to sleep. This is the spot. if you're looking for a place to hang out and have a great time with your family. This is probably not the best spot. Cabin is really small and the walls aren't exactly sturdy so you definitely will have a liability if you have kids trying to have a fun time in the house.

Weekend getaway

Wanted somewhere not too far away but far enough to have some piece and quite. This was the right place. We had a cookout and visited the Dells (20) minutes away. This spot is IDEAL for a family that wants to spend a couple days in the Dells without having to eat out and stay in a hotel. Great spot and affordable . We enjoyed our time there. Owners were very nice and helpful. Would recommend it’s not big but it’s nice and can sleep 6 with no problems

No as expected

By the pictures it looks like the property has a lake in the back of the house. The bathroom is so tiny. This is a very rough cabin, so if you are able to rough it out it is fine. Next door there is a trailer in the front yard and it looks like a trailer park... We did have a good time but it was not what we expected as a cabin.

Dells weekend

The Goose Lake escape cabin is super cute. Very clean and quiet. Check-in was easy. I had a question, contacted the property owner and she was very quick and courteous with her response. I knew when we booked that we were a little ways out of Wisconsin Dells, and the drive wasn't terrible, but I will say that was the only downside to the cabin. We weren't able to enjoy a fire, due to the weather, but we did roast some marshmallows over the charcoal grill for s'mores just before a torrential downpour! It was a nice weekend getaway and we're thankful for the opportunity to have stayed at the Goose Lake escape!

A Hidden Gem in the Woods! From the moment I stepped into this cozy little cabin, I felt like I’d discovered my own little secret retreat. Nestled among tall pines, the rustic charm was undeniable. I enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck or around the firepit, savoring the tranquility.The location was perfectl—secluded enough for peace and quiet, yet only about a 6-minute drive into the quaint little town of Oxford. I drove in to get a few items I needed during my stay along with buying my fishing license at a little bait shop called "The Minnow Bucket." The cabin was very close walking distance to Goose Lake.The hosts were warm, responsive, and personable. Every corner of the cabin tells a story—not just of history, but of heart. The host’s devotion to detail is evident in every lovingly restored inch of the cabin, from the handpicked fixture, and every thoughtfully chosen material. It’s not just restoration—it’s a labor of love. You can feel the care in the craftsmanship, and the passion for creating a space that’s both timeless and welcoming. This cabin isn't just a place to stay—it's an expression of his soul, carefully brought back to life with patience, pride, and an artistic eye for beauty.They’re dog-friendly on a case-by-case basis, which made it even more special to be able to bring my pup along for the adventure. I’d highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful escape, romantic weekend, or solo retreat to recharge. I’ll definitely be back!
