What a beautiful home on the boardwalk! If you want to wake up to a view every morning this is the place! This house has everything you need for your stay as well. It is winter so we didn’t need anything for the beach but if we did it was all provided! The home was so clean and spacious! Noelle and Bill were very responsive. There is nothing but great things to say! What a great stay! Christmas Vacay 2025 was a great success because of this perfect home!

Beach vacation

The property was beautiful and very clean. It had amazing views of the ocean, which was just steps away from the front door. The hosts were super helpful and easy to reach when we had questions.

Glorious vacation at the Jersey Shore!

Our stay at the Bee Happy Beach House was just that: Happy! The property has an outstanding location right on the Boardwalk, so we were just steps away from the beach, restaurants, entertainment, and activities. The house has fantastic amenities, like a deck, grill, firepit, and outdoor seating. The house has four bedrooms and can sleep ten people, which allows for friends and families to stay. The house is nicely appointed, cute decorations and all the supplies (dishes, towels, games, beach umbrella, beach chairs, pots, pans, silverware, glasses and more) that you need. The owners, Noelle and Bill, are super nice and extremely responsive to answering questions, giving recommendations, and providing ideas about how to make your vacation outstanding. We really appreciate them! We had a wonderful, amazing, outstanding time at the luxury Bee Happy Beach House in Point Pleasant!! We highly, highly recommend!!!

Great home away from home!

We decided to extend our Disney trip by a few days and Phillip was beyond accommodating in working with us. From the moment we entered we all felt like it was our home, from the cleanliness to the decor and, of course, the pool. Highly recommend staying here and perfect for a larger family or groups.

Great house

Had a fantastic week with my family (6 adults/teenagers). Perfect location. Plenty of space. Very clean. Attentive hosts. Views of beach/ocean from master bedroom could not be better. Highly recommended. Only minor negative feedback was the assigned parking spots/location was quite tight for our Large SUV but we had no issues finding nearby parking on the street using the resident permits that were supplied by the hosts. Great Location lots of restrictions

This property is located in a great location but has as more restrictions then most rental units. Two restrictions that stuck out the most were more than half of the cabinets in the kitchen were locked which made it difficult to put away groceries we ended up leaving the majority of our dry goods on the counter. Second, I didn’t like that we had to take our garbage to the local recycling when we left because it wasn’t garbage day at house. Overall, the owners were friendly and responsive and the house was clean and in a great location.

Great beach trip! great location !

The house was spacious clean and beautiful views! . My husband I and our 5 children stayed and a friend . It was on the board walk a few houses from entrance onto the beach! A short walk to jJenkinsens, games and rides. Fireworks on Thursday were right in front of the house. Communication with host was very good. I would definitely recommend staying there. You did hear passersby’s talking from the bedroom, but you have to expect that being right on the board walk. I would book there again. We all had a great time!

Perfect!!! Everyone loved it!

The place was better than expected, absolutely amazing views!! So much to do even in the rain we kept busy! The kids were so excited to see the dolphins in the ocean from the living room. Noelle and Bill are the perfect hosts! We cant wait to book again soon.

A Perfect Coastal Retreat

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of spectacular! The booking and check-in/out process was seamless, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome kit awaiting us, complete with a lovely bottle of wine. The view from the house was absolutely stunning, and its location could not have been better. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the inviting amenities (we LOVED the Sonos system throughout!), showed the owners' dedication to providing a memorable stay. We both work demanding jobs in technology and consulting, and after the COVID chaos and loss of two dear family members, we decided life needs to slow down and we need to focus on our family and relax a bit more. We searched forever for the perfect oceanfront home to do just that. We love the water, and waking up in the master bedroom with a 180 degree of the ocean just feels like heaven. Although this is a new VRBO listing, we have traveled all over the world for business and pleasure and understand what a luxury property should look and feel like. We love this home for the obvious reasons: being able to step onto the beach right from the front of the home, walking to Jenk's with our kids to play boardwalk games or go on rides, front row seats to spectacular fireworks on the beach every Thursday during the summer, live music at Jenk's and Martell's, and the abundance of restaurants within walking distance...oh, and did we mention that SPECTACULAR view from the master bedroom?
