MOLIETS PLAGE: single storey house, 2 steps from the beach and amenities, ideally located for a great vacation. Golf, tennis, cycling, idleness .... your choice to have a good time with your family.
Composition: entrance hall, separate toilet, pantry with washing machine, living room/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, etc.), sofa bed, bathroom, 1 bedroom with a 140 * 190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 * 190 bunk beds. Tiled and partly covered terrace of about 26 m². On unfenced plot. Location to park in front.
Capacity: 4/6 people. A contribution to charges of €25 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included, to be paid on arrival.
END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 100 €). Cancellation insurance offered with a supplement of € 1 included in the booking fees (guarantees available on request). Aupa Immobilier. M1024
