Welcome to Ocean Reef 707, a newly renovated (2024) beachfront 2BR/2BA condo on the quiet, highly desirable West End of Panama City Beach. Enjoy over 330 feet of private Gulf-front shoreline, uncrowded white sand beaches, and sweeping views from one of the largest balconies on the beach.

This condo sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for couples, families, or snowbirds seeking a peaceful retreat with resort-style amenities. Sleeping options include a king bed in the primary suite, a queen and twin bed in the guest bedroom, plus a small pull-out section of the lounge-style couch suitable for a child if needed.

Inside, you’ll find new flooring, fresh paint, updated décor, brand-new furniture, and all-new bedding and mattresses for a clean, comfortable stay. Enjoy free beach service, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness center, and a prime location just minutes from Pier Park.

No issues with the host or room at all. Great communication. Only real issue was the luggage caddies disappeared at some point and never showed back up so loading up to leave took a lot more trips. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the unit and communication. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and would choose to stay with us again. I do want to clarify that the luggage carts are managed by the HOA and are not something individual owners have control over. Unfortunately, the HOA removed many of the carts because guests were frequently taking them to their rooms and not returning them, making them unavailable for others. To help our guests, we provide wagons inside each of our units specifically for transporting luggage and beach gear. I do wish I had known about your concern during your stay, as I would have been happy to point that out. While I appreciate the feedback regarding the building amenities, I hope future reviews will reflect the experience with the host and accommodations separately, as owners have very little control over HOA-managed amenities. Nonetheless, I appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again in the future.

Panama City Beach Perfect Condo

First time vacationing in Panama City Beach. Loved the location and the condo. My family really enjoyed our stay here. Close to beach, clean property, comfortable master bed, many activities nearby, and complimentary beach chairs were very nice considering they usually cost $50/day to rent. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic Beachfront Location

Excellent condo - well appointed in every way! Great beach area that is not as crowded as other condo beachfront areas. Chair service was a nice benefit of the unit as well! We enjoyed the activities nearby (mini-golf, go-karts, Pier Park, restaurants, etc). Highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a beachfront condo in PCB!

Great little getaway!

We enjoyed the Preutt's condo at PCB! When we arrived, the space was clean and welcoming! We had a slight problem with the air conditioning but Tad and Krystal took care of it! They were great to work with us, and I wish we had HVAC service like that here at home!

Perfect vacation spot for a family.

This was a great spot for my family of 4 which includes children ages 6 and 10.. The condo complex was clean and safe and well maintained. The condo was exactly as advertised with a very responsive property manager. The balcony is HUGE! Beach was not only clean but also not overcrowded. There are several restaurants within short walking distance and activities within a couple of miles if you get a rainy day. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful inside and out!

This condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The porch looks out on the beach and is the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The kitchen is well equipped, but does not have basics such salt and pepper, oil, foil, so plan to bring your own or purchase upon arrival.Owner and resort staff all very accommodating and friendly.

Thank you Richard for sharing your feedback and letting me know about the missing salt and pepper. The Seasonings are typically placed in the cabinet,above the microwave. We do not supply all spices, but salt and pepper are normally in each of our units as I personally leave them there, or a prior guest, and our cleaner replaces when low. We understand the importance of salt and pepper lol.

Amazing condo!

Went for some family time, a birthday and a gender reveal! It was amazing! Everything was just as pictured and more! Beds were comfy, condo was very clean and stocked. Even the hide a bed in the living room was comfy! Balcony was AMAZING! Great views and very big!! Walking distance from great food options, fun activities and coffee! Spoke to the host before our visit and she is also great!! We highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed staying at this condo very much. It is very spacious with more than enough seating spots to relax. All furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The view from the huge balcony is amazing, the walk to the beach was very short, and the beach was very uncrowded, unlike other beach areas nearby. Only one time did we have to wait several minutes on an elevator - otherwise there was almost no wait. The staff members were very kind and kept watch over who comes and goes to ensure only Ocean Reef guests use their facilities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

Property was very clean. Hot tub was very relaxing. The only issue I had was where the parking was. It was in front of entrance. 1 way in 1 way out and there is no office the security guard does the check ins and if its anyone checking in you can't get into the parking spot. Besides that great view and very relaxing

Only one of the three elevators worked the entire time -none had been working prior to our arrival. Required long wait times. Condo itself was immaculate. Host was wonderful. Chair guys on the beach were super helpful. The description for this condo needs to be updated. The description says that it sleeps seven. There were five of us, and one of them had to sleep on the couch, which does not make out into a bed, but has a lounger on one end. It was barely big enough for our five-year-old grandson. This condo sleeps two in the king size primary suite and two in the guest bedroom —that is four. It should not say it sleep seven and it should not even say it sleeps five.

We’re glad you stayed with us and wanted to note that the couch has recently been replaced with a new sectional featuring an oversized lounger and a pull-out middle section for extra comfort and space. Updated photos are on the way to reflect these improvements! The condo includes a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin bed to comfortably accommodate guests. All updates are completed during our off months to minimize any disruption, though we do apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. Regarding the elevator, it’s maintained by the building and unfortunately outside of our control. The manufacturer was on-site working diligently to repair the pulley system, which temporarily left one elevator in service. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again soon for an even better experience!

We love how family-friendly the area is, with everything you need nearby, but without the heavy crowds.
