In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park, come and discover this real bubble of comfort and serenity! This small, completely renovated independent stone house is located in a hamlet of only a few dwellings (including the owners' house) at the end of a path in the heart of unspoiled and green nature. On the ground floor there is: -the living room/kitchen with contemporary and authentic decoration with a clear view of the surrounding nature. You will admire the restored period bread oven and enjoy the lounge area (2 additional people accepted at no extra charge in a very comfortable 160x200 sofa bed). - the bathroom/wc. Upstairs : -a beautiful sleeping area on the mezzanine with a very comfortable 160x200 bed. Outside, a pretty terrace not overlooked, garden furniture and barbecue. Many leisure activities: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), Mont Dore ski resort 13 km away, Bourboule spa resort 6 km away. Near the Banne d'Ordanche. Small stone house in a charming environment
