60m2 rent the ground floor completely independent. The bay window overlooking terrace offers beautiful views of the countryside and the surrounding mountains. Area enclosed green. Calm.
A simple walk to access the pieces, makes this property a very easy accessibility for the elderly. One room has a bed of 140 and the other a 140 bed and a bed of 90. The toilets are separate from the bathroom
washing machine and dishwasher and TV fridge-freezer, microwave and cooker self are present.
