Appartement calme et très bien situé.

Appartement spacieux, propre, bien équipé et très calme. Place de parking en sous-sol. Des commerces à 2 pas, ainsi que le métro pour se rendre en 10 min au Capitole. Idéal pour visiter Toulouse. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et prêt à rendre service.
