There is also a deck off the living room and private deck off the master suite, perfect for enjoying Florida sunsets in the evening.

Centrally located near restaurants, shops and grocery. Just steps from the gulf! There is an elevator that goes to each floor from the ground floor. There is an in-unit washer / dryer included.
