Les 4 Vents is located in Barbâtre on the island of Noirmoutier, in a quiet private housing development on the dune: right on the water’s edge, by the sea, at the foot of the path leading to the island’s largest sandy beach, accessible at both high and low tide.
Windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts will be able to take full advantage of the spot, which is accessible right in front of the house. For everyone else, designated swimming areas are available 24/7 in a calm and peaceful setting, perfect for relaxation and rest.
The house was completely renovated in 2023 and designed to comfortably accommodate 12 people (including accessible entry for people with reduced mobility both inside and outside on the first floor). Two additional beds allow for up to 14 guests.
On the first floor, you’ll find an entryway, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large outdoor terrace (which can seat 12 people at the table or in the outdoor lounge), one bedroom with a double bed (160), a bedroom with wheelchair-accessible entry featuring a double bed (160), and a bedroom with 2 single beds (+ 1 third fold-out bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a shower room with wheelchair-accessible entry, a wheelchair-accessible toilet, a steam room, and a gym.
Upstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living-dining room with a sea view, 1 master suite with a sea view featuring a double bed (160) and a shower room + toilet, one bedroom with a sea view and a double bed (160), one bedroom with a sea view and two single beds (plus a third fold-out bed), and one shower room plus a separate toilet.

A variety of activities are available or provided in the house: a sea kayak (for 2 adults and 1 child) with accessories (personal flotation devices and paddles), as well as a large stand-up paddleboard. Outside, you can relax on the large terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola on one side, play pétanque on the private pétanque court (set of pétanque balls provided), or unwind in the hot tub (which can accommodate 6 people).
Children can play safely outdoors (the property is fully fenced) in the play area (swing set, sandbox).
The gym is equipped with a treadmill, a punching bag, a ball, a yoga mat, and an exercise bike.
In the enclosed garage, which accommodates up to 2 vehicles, you’ll find the washing machine and dryer.
The house is equipped with fiber-optic internet (in progress), Wi-Fi 6, and the area has 5G coverage.
