Modern seaside house

A house a few minutes (on foot or by bike!) from the beaches of La Guérinière. It is located in a quiet small street parallel to the main street of La Guérinière. Built in 2022, you will find on the first floor:
a living room of 47 m² with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster, crockery...) open to the living room and the dining room + television.
a master suite (160 bed) with shower
Upstairs:
a bedroom of 11 m² (bed 140 and bunk beds 90 for children or teenagers)
a bedroom of 10 m² (bed 160) + television
bathroom with shower
Outside:
terrace with 4 deckchairs and garden furniture (table + 8 armchairs).
lean-to with garden furniture, barbecue and drying rack.

In each bathroom there is a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner on each level.

Bed linen, towels, bath mats, dish towels and beach towels are provided for all bookings. This corresponds to the cleaning fee of 50 euros.

The end-of-stay cleaning is at your expense and is not included in the price of the stay. The accommodation must be returned in the same condition as it was given to you. The house must be tidy. The linen of the house must be grouped on the first floor. The garbage cans must be emptied as well as the dishwasher, the toilets (showers, toilets and sinks) clean, as well as the floors of the house. A cleaning package is possible on request

The house is secured by two external cameras which are disconnected when you arrive and in your presence. A check can be made at your request.

A garage is available for weekly rentals only. It has a 2nd fridge, a washing machine and a dryer.

2 vehicles can be parked at the front of the house which is also protected by the closing of the gate

As a reminder, arrivals will be from 4 pm and departures will be no later than 10 am.

The accommodations are located next to the bus station allowing you to travel by shuttle on the island or to reach the mainland by bus. A bike rental shop has opened 500 m from La Gabine.
The local shops of La Guérinière as well as the shopping mall of La Guérinière (Intermarché, Decathlon...) are easily accessible.
