You will find a large bright living room of 20m2 fitted out with a kitchen and equipped with a dining area and a sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate toilet. The bedroom has a 160cm double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. A washing machine is available in the house.
Its private terrace, naturally shaded, is equipped with garden furniture; a barbecue is available.
Access is directly from the car park.
