Newly remodeled, spacious open common area including dining room, living room and kitchen.
Screened-in back porch facing patio with picnic table. Charcoal grill, large backyard with fire pit with outdoor games provided, Covered front porch.
Central heat and air conditioning. TV with ROKU (no cable or satellite).
Close proximity to many wineries, and Hemlock Springs Golf Course. For your wedding venues approximately 1.5 miles to Running Horse Farm, 3.5 miles to Standing Rock Farms, 3.9 miles to the Harpersfield Covered Bridge Metro Park, 5 miles to The Spire Institute, 7 miles to Downtown Geneva - Home of the Grape Jamboree and 12 miles to Geneva on the Lake, beautiful sunsets, Golfing, fishing, boating and beach glass hunting.
Water is supplied via a private well, you may prefer to bring your own bottled drinking water. We do not accept long term bookings. For more than 10 nights please inquire first. No third party bookings from agencies accepted.

If I could rate this home and the hospitality above a 10, I would. It is well taken care of and very clean. My family and I loved the screened in porch to relax. The location is perfect to local wineries as well as the lake also. Thank you Dennise!

This was, I believe our 3rd or 4th time renting this property. This year, the area had really bad storms and Dennise reached out to me 2 days before our check-in to let us know they did not have power and was not certain when power would be back on. She kept in constant communication over the situation. Thankfully power was restored in time for our visit. The Ware House is always immaculate, cozy and welcoming. I honestly look for this listings availability when we plan our trips to Geneva. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat!!

This was our fourth time staying at the property and each stay is just as good as the last, if not better. The house is so clean and organized and the outside is immaculately kept as well. We always appreciate the special touches and extras left by the host. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Geneva/Madison area. It’s like your own home away from home!

Wine Country Weekend

We went with 2 other couples and wanted to check out the local wineries and Geneva on The Lake. We loved the house. Super set up and clean with a great yard. Very good location for wineries visiting.The place is great , they really treat their guests very well.

Great house in a quiet nieghborhood close to wineries. This was our second stay for a girls weekend. Perfect for having dinners together at night had chilling out. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Perfect home away from home

This is absolutely the best property we’ve stayed in. Dennise and Randy have thought of everything. So clean, peaceful and just all around perfect! It’s the only place in Geneva we will stay.

Daughter's surprise 50th Birthday

We spent the 1st day touring the local wineries and celebrating with my daughter's friends who totally surprised her. The 2nd day was just my husband, daughter, granddaughter and great grandson who spent the day checking out the covered bridges and small town of Geneva, enjoying lunch at a 50's style diner in town. Played some lawn games in the spacious back yard and walked down the street to visit some horses. The evening was pizza, wings and subs from Rosemary's with left over cake, cookies and popcorn, along with movie night on Netflix. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you Dennise for your hospitality, the card and gift you left for my daughter and your beautiful, spacious and super clean house. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time in Ohio wine country!!!!

Great getaway from Family wedding

House provided a much needed hideaway - we didn't get to enjoy the surrounding wineries etc but there are a lot and the colors were spectacular. House was just as it appeared in the photos.

Perfect home away from home

We have stayed at the Ware house many times. It is absolutely beautiful and so well appointed. The house is so clean and the grounds are so well maintained. Dennise is a wonderful host.

Peaceful retreat

Lovely home within a very quiet community. Clean and quaint home with a large yard that is close proximity to many wineries. We all enjoyed our stay.

Girls weekend

Loved the place !! Clean conformable home with large yard located near many wineries. Was great for a girls weekend. We felt like it was home! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect get away

This was the second year in row staying at this house. We loved it last year and will continue to book here in the future for our annual summer wine trips. And Dennise is a great host!
