Great 2 BR/2 bath condo fully stocked for your getaway vacation. This is a 2nd floor unit without an elevator so please take that into consideration if that may be a problem for you. Condo is a 15 minute walk to town (one mile) and yet in a very nice quiet complex for relaxation. Covered carport for those snowy days. Located on Icicle road, close to popular hiking trails and everything else that Leavenworth has to offer for all 4 seasons.. It is across the street from the new Adventure Park.

Leavenworth, a Bavarian-themed village located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, Alpine Village can be your “home away from home." Enjoy a full vacation or short excursion in this fully furnished condominium during one of Leavenworth's world renowned events or participate in the outdoor activities that abound in the area. Events include Oktoberfest, Christmas Lighting Festival, Bavarian Ice Fest, Leavenworth Blues Festival, Wine tasting Festival and Wenatchee River Salmon Festival. Cross country skiing is minutes or you have 2 nice ski resorts about 40 minutes away (Mission Ridge or Stevens). Take a sleigh ride or go snowmobiling! Spring and summer activities include golf, hiking, rock climbing, horseback riding, rafting, wine tasting and, of course, relaxing.

The condo has two bedrooms, sofa in the living room, fully-equipped kitchen and washer /dryer. Wi-Fi Internet, and cable TV are provided as well. I have also added a dedicated desk and ergonomic chair for those work from home days or home schooling days... Desk has extra lighting as well.

It was a great place to stay. The owner was kind and easy to work with and the apartment had everything we needed. It is a great location. The only downside is I found the bed a bit uncomfortable, the couch was pretty uncomfortable as well.

Clean, comfortable accommodations within an easy walk to downtown Leavenworth and close to fantastic hiking. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, showers were great. The place is airy and open. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property is nicely located next to the new Alpine roller coaster and a easy walk to Main Street downtown Leavenworth. The unit is spacious and well appointed. Very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely recommend

The property was really clean, in a great location, and had a fireplace, which we really liked. But the best part was how wonderful the property manager was. She made sure our experience was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure it was a really special trip for us (which it was!) Truly, I can't overstate how amazing she was. I absolutely recommend staying here!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. I was given all the detailed information we would need before arriving. The electric door lock did not work, but the friendly host helped us get a key from the lock box. The place was already decorated so cute for Christmas. We were practically across the street from the Adventure Park (alpine coaster) and not a long walk from downtown. The place was clean and well kept.

furniture needs

nice place, very clean, great location to walk into town and mountain coaster across the street. The inly downside is the living room furniture was uncomfortable (my guess is it was bought off amazon). uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping on the pull out couch. One of my sons said the twin bed he was on was lumpy too. Otherwise great place.

Best communication ever!

From the moment we booked, to the finale of our short stay in Leavenworth, including some booking challenges, at no fault of the host/owners, to road closures that we had to work around. Our host was so amazing. The house was impeccably clean, well staffed and surrounded by space and beauty…close enough to town for convenience and far enough outside of town for peace and quiet!! I’ll never stay in Leavenworth again without staying in one of this host’s homes. I’m a lifer! Thank you!!

There was a wild fire near by and the are quality was poor. The fire was so bad the day we came that we were rerouted for 2 hours. The owner would not let me cancel. On the bright side , the condo was clean, but no tissues or lotion.
