Welcome to this charming 30m2 T1 apartment.
The entire accommodation, with independent entrance, is at your disposal.
Located on the ground floor of a house, in a quiet area:
- 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed
- 1 fold-out sofa bed in 160x195 - 17 cm mattress thickness.
- 1 independent toilet
- 1 washing machine + 1 dryer
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven + microwave, hob, Senséo coffee machine... see equipment details below)
Washed linen sheets. Quality bedding 5 comfort zones, 30 cm thick pocket spring mattress.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a garage that can accommodate up to 2 or even 3 motorcycles.
No garden.
Free WIFI (via hotspot), 80 cm TV via configurable Android box: all applications such as Netflix, Disney +, Salto, MyCanal... available with your own codes/login. Molotov (television in French) available free of charge.
The house is located at:
10 minutes by car from the 24 Hours of Le Mans Circuit (35 minutes on foot)
8 minutes by car from the Le Mans Exhibition Center (30 minutes on foot)
7 minutes by car from Le Mans train station - 32 minutes by tram/bus
11 minutes by car from the city center (Place des Jacobins) - 48 minutes by tram/bus
