Maison Cosy à Sainte Barbe/3 Chb/ 6 Pers/ Plage

Welcome to La Ti An Envorennoù, a pretty family home from the 1800s and completely renovated in 2022.

The house is composed as follows:

On the first floor:

* A fitted and equipped kitchen, opening onto the terrace.
* A spacious living room composed of a dining room and a living room opening onto the front of the house.
* A bathroom with shower and double sinks
* Toilets
* A saddler with washing machine

On the first floor:

* The master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and its private bathroom with bathtub.
* The blue room with two single beds (80*200), a wardrobe
* The pink room with a 160*200 bed, a wardrobe

Outside, large terrace located behind the house about 50 m2 as well as a garden.

We provide a cot for babies and a chair
Also high for babies or children (6 months to 5 years).

Other remarks
Sheets and towels NOT provided, if need additional rental to be paid on arrival.

A deposit will also be requested at the arrival of the stay. (600€ not cashed). Our house is heated to 20 degrees in low season. For any significant increase, the excess in KWH consumed may be charged
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
