You can be guest in this beautiful villa with free WLAN for the most important weeks of the year, your recreational holiday, rent: almost 1700 SqFt = 155 square meters air-conditioned, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, covered terrace, private pool (saltwater pool!) with No-See-Um-Screen, double garage (but on one side the owner's vehicle is already parked in it).
Luxurious, modern and brightly furnished, the house is located very quietly, almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the Lely Resort, in the noble Naples, directly on the water. It has a private heated pool with cage, outdoor shower and covered terrace. 3 bedrooms offer space for 6 people. Two bathrooms avoid morning congestion.
The villa is for self-catering, offers a fully equipped open kitchen with counter, large fridge with ice and water dispenser, stove, microwave, Nespresso espresso and cappuccino machine, Kitchen Aid food processor and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The living area is open and bright. Sonos speakers that play your personal playlists with the Sonos App and your Smart Phone are at your disposal. Flatscreen TVs are available in the living room and each bedroom.
Palm trees, sweeping citrus trees and many other beautiful, flowering, tropical plants make the garden a feast for the eyes.

Traveling with a large group of friends or family? Need more than 3 bedrooms? Ask us about booking along with the house next door. Same house layout and same great views! The 2 houses booked together can accommodate 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.

The community is quiet and beautiful, park-like, perfect for relaxation and offers a community pool with SPA (whirlpool) just 2 minutes walk from the house.

You can also access the Lely Players Club & Spa for an additional fee. There you can enjoy a gigantic pool complex with several pools, fitness center, beauty salon, tennis courts, restaurant, and much more.

Fantastic Villa

The villa was one of the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, with lots of extra amenities. The view from the lanai over the lake was very relaxing. Lots of beach accessories provided whichwe made full use of. Lely resort was impeccable and well placed toaccess the surrounding area. Highly recommend to others

Beautiful Home

The home and location is perfect. This was the most well equipped kitchen we have encountered at a VRBO. We did have issues with the Netflix and a bedroom TV not having connection to cable but not a deal breaker. Advised the manager and hopefully will be fixed for the next family's stay. We would definitely stay again.

The property is lovely; with an elegant beach motif.

We travelled with our two daughters, age 14 and 22. The space was perfect for four. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bedrooms were all a good size and very comfortable. We used the pool everyday and were happy to be able to crank up the heat to suit ourselves. We appreciated the basic supplies in the house including spices, oils, paper and soaps. Lots of beach supplies also helped us enjoy our vacation and the Players Club was terrific including the pool, food and fitness facility. This is a terrific property and we would definitely stay here again. Check in and out was easy and efficient. The owner and property manager were both very responsive.

This was a beautiful, clean, home. Anything you could possibly need was included in this rental. The property manager got back to us immediately with any questions. We are excited to return next year!

Very comfortable home. Extremely well stocked. Crystal clean pool with lovely view. Perfect location in between downtown Naples and Marco Island. Access to terrific Players Club a plus.

Fantastic Villa!

Everything was fantastic in this villa. Hedi and Rainer really have thought of everything that anyone could possibly want or need during their stay. We instantly felt 'at home' - something which doesn't always happen on a villa holiday! We've stayed at Lely Resort once before so already know how fabulous the Players Club and Spa is! Next time we come to Naples we will definitely re book and we will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this beautiful villa to our friends and family.

5 Sterne für alles!

Wir haben in dieser Villa einen wirklich paradiesischen Familienurlaub gemacht. Das gepflegte Haus, die angenehme Umgebung und nicht zuletzt das tolle Wetter waren einfach wunderbar! Alles, was man benötigen könnte ist vorhanden - auch, wenn man es vorher noch nicht gewusst hat. Wir beneiden alle, die nach uns kommen.

Great villa

Tremendously well equipped villa in perfect decorative order. Our family of five including three young children loved our stay. Beautiful quiet cul de sac location and about 15-20 minutes from Tin City and Fifth Avenue. Would also like to add that Hedi was a delight to deal with and ensured things like the baby cot and high chair were all set up in situ so we had no hassle. The new pool was beautiful and even though we had a minor problem with it that was sorted out immediately and with no fuss. Would recommend the villa to anyone with a young family.

Great place for a great holiday!

Very nice villa with everything we needed for a great holiday. Great location in the beautifully kept Lely area not too far from Naples town centre, supermarkets, Cheesecake Factory, Outback Steakhouse and outlets. Freshly decorated and very clean. Lots of nice touches including lake view, pool towels, Netflix, bicycles and easy to clean electric barbecue grill. Like it so much we have spent 2 happy holidays here. Management is most attentive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this villa to friends.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir möchten hier eine positive Bewertung abgeben. Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir waren mit zwei Ehepaaren. Durch die großzügige Aufteilung hatte jeder seine Privatsphäre. Es ist alles super sauber. Super Terrasse mit schönem Pool mit Seeblick. Public/Walmart alles in nächster Nähe. Die Ausstattung incl. Strand-Utensilien war überdurchschnittlich. WLAN super ! Zu den Stränden (Lowdermilk Park / Marco Island) benötigt man mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Ketzler war sehr persönlich. Wir empfehlen alles uneingeschränkt weiter.

Easter break

We spent 2 weeks at this villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is decorated beautifully. The outside patio is particularly lovely, with the view of the lake and the palm trees just in front. The furnishings are very good quality and the beds are comfortable. The villa has 4 bikes and very good quality beach equipment, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella plus lots of toys for the children. We didn't use them but there are golf clubs too! Lely resort is very smart. You can drive to Publix through the resort in a couple of minutes and Fresh Market and Walmart are very close by too. The owners were very easy to contact when we booked the villa. We would definitely return!

Paradise Indeed!!

A wonderful holiday in a beautifully furnished, very well appointed villa situated close to Naples, outlets, supermarkets and all local attractions. Nothing is too much trouble for Gunnar and he has worked hard to provide every comfort required for a fabulous holiday. A stunning view from the lanai completes the perfect spot where you can swim in the heated pool, relax or even pick your own oranges and coconuts!!! We'd love to return to Escape to Paradise Villa as it certainly lives up to its name.

Heaven is a place on Earth

Sonne, Strand, Meer und am Ende eines schoenen Tages war diese traumhafte Villa immer wieder unser Urlaubsdomizil. Wir haben unsere Tage hier genossen und schwelgen jetzt noch in den Erinnerungen daran. Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Bildern beworben jedoch in Natura noch wesentlich schoener und eindrucksvoller. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt und es war alles da was man sich nur wuenschen konnte selbst die Dinge die man nicht zu denken vermag hatte sowie Knoblauchpresse, Strandhandtuecher, etc. etc. Empfangen und eingefuehrt in die Villa wurden wir von der netten deutschsprachigen Hausverwaltung vor Ort Herrn Bund und Ketzler. Die Anlage Lely bietet vieles zum Erkunden und Entdecken, von Lauf und Joggingwegen bis hin zum Golfplatz direkt um die Ecke der Villa. Ein schoener Kaffee am Nachmittag mit Blick ueber den Golfplatz im oeffentlichen Players Club hat uns hier besonders gut gefallen. In kurzer Fahrdistanz waren alle notwendigen Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten (Fresh Market, Walmart ) und lieben dank auch nochmals an die Eigentuemer fuer den tollen Tip bzgl. dem neu eroeffneten Outback Steakhouse an der US41. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Aussenbereich wunderschoen. Kurz und gut haben wir die Tage ueberaus genossen und freuen uns bald einmal wieder in diese tolle Villa kommen zu duerfen. Neue Einbau-Elektrogeräte in der Küche sind für den Herbst eingeplant. Es gibt also keinen Stillstand auf dem Weg unsere Gäste zufrieden zu stellen und ihnen einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub in Naples zu ermöglichen. Dabei stehen uns die Herren von Frisco Homes, Herr Bund und Herr Ketzler, immer fachkompetent und motiviert zur Seite. The villa is located in a quiet yet central location in the beautiful Lely resort of South Naples, in the neighbourhood of some very well maintained, world famous and partly public golf courses. Not for nothing is Naples called the 'golf capital of the world'! We want our guests to feel at home and have therefore furnished the villa to be extremely comfortable and luxurious. The rooms are bright and welcoming. The open kitchen invites you to cook, you can enjoy a cocktail at the bar in advance, the pool is inviting and the view of the lake by day and night (illuminated palm trees) is beautiful. In every room of the house there is a loudspeaker, so that you can always listen to your favourite music while walking through the house and also on the terrace. The outside area invites you to relax on wicker furniture, with a beautiful, wide view over the pool and lake. In addition, a heated community pool with whirlpool, 2 minutes walk from the house, can also be used.
Membership to the Lely Players Club & Spa (approx. 2 km from the house), a beautiful resort with several pools, fitness centre, tennis courts, restaurant, beauty salon, can also be booked optionally for a fee and with appropriate registration.
Please ask for it when making your request. Registration for Players Club & Spa must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival.
