This charming, spacious house has 3 bedrooms (though we recommend a max of 4 persons for you to have a comfortable stay), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, a welcoming open kitchen and dining room. Behind the house you will find the screened-in lanai with private heated pool, patio furniture and a gas grill, all with stunning views of the golf course.
The house is quiet, located near the dead end in a gated community of the famous and beautiful Lely Resort.

The master suite offers a king-size bed, a large closet and direct access to the lanai. The large bathroom has two sinks, a shower and separate toilet. The other bedrooms have a queen-sized bed in one and two single beds in the other. The second bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a shower. The house comes fully equipped with 3 TVs, internet, telephone, bed linen, towels, beach towels, dishes, glasses, gas grill, patio furniture, washer and dryer, etc.
