The corner-bungalow “La Alhaja” is located on a little hill with excellent sea view in the Comunidad “Florida Park”, a small estate of residential holiday homes in a quiet, park type area with a large swimming pool in the centre. The town and the beaches can be reached in 15 – 20 min. walking distance; the next restaurant is only 200 m away. The upper part has 2 bedrooms with aircon for 4 people , a bathroom and a living room with American kitchen, in total 73 sq m. The lower part has an additional apartment (39 sq m) which can also be rented, or it stays empty and closed. It consists of 1 bedroom (2 people) with TV- corner, bathroom and kitchen. In addition, there are several terraces, a carport and a subtropical garden with two small fish ponds. The house is equipped with: central heating, Sat/Smart-TV with NETFLIX, YouTube etc., radio with CD-player, fast internet/Wi-Fi, aircon in 2 bedrooms, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee - machine, microwave, toaster, several ventilators, flat-iron etc.. Pets are in general not allowed! Assistance in situ!

Very Nice

A pleasant property, with a nice space out back for having barbecues. While there isn't exactly a sea view, you do get to look out over the trees, which is pleasing. The living/dining/kitchen space is ample and good. I have never seen a better stocked kitchen, with everything from a coffee maker down to egg slicer, garlic crusher - you name it. The pool is a short walk on the same street. Big, very nice, some grass to sit on (no loungers, although I don't know if this is a temporary pandemic-related measure). Klaus is a very helpful host, he is always on hand if you need anything or run into any problems. At one point he even drove over with a bicycle pump! Two negative points - there is a lot of building work going on in the area, with three jobs in the immediate area. This shatters the peace and tranquility and the neighbours really need to make more of a concerted effort not to carry out this work during the summer. And, well, as much as Klaus is a great host, we felt his work was very much undermined by his wife, Rosie. From the day we arrived, it seemed she was more interested in pointing out what we ought not to do (no onions in the fridge etc) and badmouthing the previous tenants (dirty) than concerning herself with what our needs as guests might be. When we asked how to use the washing machine, for example, she had no idea and wasn't very interested in solving that particular mystery. On the last day, she arrived in a fury, stormed past us as we loaded the car and proceeded to count towels as if there might be some missing. Next, all we could hear was cursing and pots, pans, toaster all laid out on the lawn for cleaning while she complained very loudly. Then she called us in and asked us why we didn't leave the house in the same state of cleanliness that we found it in. We had tidied up, but didn't deep clean the fridge, for example, because we assumed that this was what the 160 euros in cleaning fees that we paid was for. This unfortunate incident left a bad taste in our mouths in what what was otherwise a very good stay, with some memorable evenings with good friends around the bbq.

Hemos pasado 9 días de vacaciones en familia. La Alhaja es un bungalow con absolutamente todas las comodidades. Muy, pero que muy bien equipado. La ubicación es muy buena, con todos los servicios muy cercanos, la playa en apenas kilómetro y medio con sitio para aparcar. Muy recomendable para vacaciones en familia. Klaus y Rosemary, son excelentes anfitriones, facilitaron y fueron flexibles con la hora de llegada. Gracias por todo.

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben 10 schöne Tage in Alhaja verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Herrn Leutloff war von Anfang an sehr gut. Er kümmert sich, gibt schon vor dem Urlaub gute Tipps und ist auch vor Ort immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wie haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, wären gerne noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben. Man kann gut zu Fuss in den Ort Moraira und den Strand laufen, zurück geht es bergauf, ist aber in 20 min. gut zu bewältigen . Die Lage des Hauses für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Viele Grüsse von uns an die Familie Leutloff!!!

Clean, comfortable, good location

Very clean property (a high priority for me), perhaps fewer wall decorations and ornaments would give a more modern feel (hence 4 stars overall rather than 5), but still very comfortable with great air con in bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The best feature is the sea view, which I appreciated each morning whilst having breakfast on the balcony, patio doors fully open and again in the evening, looking at the sunset, moon and stars. Linen could be updated, but it is very clean. Pool area lovely, again spotlessly clean and not too busy. Approx 15 minute walk into centre of town, which suited us perfectly and meant we could stroll down for dinner (lots of restaurants to choose from) without having to drive. A relatively quiet area, only a couple of evenings during a 2 week stay when loud music could be heard, but I actually enjoyed hearing a bit of life and it finished promptly at 10.30pm. WiFi was intermittent on the first 2 days and needed restarting repeatedly, but then settled down and no further problems occurred. Overall a comfortable house in a quiet, relaxed neighbourhood Yet an easy distance from the town centre (but it is hilly). Klaus is very helpful and friendly with a warm welcome. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Super location à Moraira

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison à Moraira. L'accueil des propriétaires sur place est excellent. Merci à eux. La maison est idéalement située à Moraira, très près du centre et des différentes plages. Très propre, bien équipée, une jolie terrasse avec une belle vue sur la mer. Il y a aussi une grande piscine commune à 100m. Bref tout est parfait pour passer d'excellentes vacances en toute tranquillité. Merci.

Bereits zum 5. Mal waren wir im Florida-Park in Moraira. Das La Alhaja , wo wir nun zum 2.Male zu Gast sein durften , sticht durch seine besondere Lage , als auch der großen Terrasse hervor. Das Haus lässt es an nichts vermissen und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sogar der Pool war in diesem Oktober mit einer Temparatur von etwa 22 Grad noch gut nutzbar. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir werden wohl wiederkommen.

Erholung pur ,,, mehr geht nicht!

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub im Bugalow La Alhaja, mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind ... es hat an nichts gefehlt! Ein schöner 3-Generationenurlaub ... auch für den kleinsten Urlauber (2 Jahre) wurde alles von den netten Vermietern zur Verfügung gestellt. Tolle Organisation von der Buchung ,,, über die Anreise ,,, bis zur Abreise. Wir kommen gerne wieder um vom Balkon den herrlichen Meerblick zu genießen.

Wonderful week in Moraira

The bungalow is situated in a nice and quiet area. It was well cleaned upon arrival, and in a good condition. The location is excellent, only 1- 1,5 km to the town and beach, the Florida park community pool only a very short walk away. The balcony view over Moraira bay is stunning ! We also rented the downstairs apartment which is perfect if you bring teenagers for example, who require some space of their own. Even if arriving late at night, it was easy to find, based on easy read printed directions from the lessor. Other services from the lessor was also very good, very quick in answering emails and taking a true interest in our wellbeing during the week We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wieder einmal waren wir in dem schönen, sauberen, gemütlichen Haus in Moraira. Wir würden wieder herzlich begrüßt von den Eigentümern, die für uns auch kalte Begrüßungsgetränke bereit stellten. Das La Alhaja bietet mit seiner Ausstattung dem Feriengast alles, was er für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wunderschön ist der Ausblick auf das Meer mit all seinen Farben. Die Strände, der Hafen und das Städchen selbst sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, so dass man auch mal ein Weinchen genießen kann. Wir kommen gerne auch zum 5. Male wieder in das La Alhaha. Dieses schöne Haus mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Familiengerecht; ruhig; zuverlässige Vermieter

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche verbracht, das Haus ist kindgerecht (Kinderbett/ Kinderstuhl sind vorhanden!) und bietet Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es ist gut ausgestattet (Wasch-/Spülmaschine/Backofen; viele Küchenutensilien; Putzmittel; Handtücher; Stereoanlage; viele Fernsehprogramme etc.). Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos und es ist sehr still. Immer wieder gerne:)

Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren mal wieder in Moraira und wieder in dem schönen Haus La Alhaja. Es ist immer wieder schön, in dem Haus zu wohnen. Die Aussicht wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Gast hat alles, was er für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Moraira erreicht man auch gut zu Fuß. Es ist ein schöner Spaziergang. Die Strände liegen quasi vor der Türe. Der Ort Moraira ist nicht so groß und in der Vorsaison noch nicht so sehr touristisch. Wir wurden wieder recht gastfreundlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und auch besucht. Getränke standen für uns bereit bei unserer Ankunft, über die wir uns freuten. Herzliche Grüße an die Gastgeber. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. E. Schwarz

Wir waren im April 2016 in diesem Ferienhaus.

Meine Frau und Ich waren wirklich sehr angenehm überrascht über ein so schönes gepflegtes Ferien Domizil. Jeder der Sauberkeit und Ordnung gewöhnt ist fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn Gäste das erste mal in Spanien sind können Sie jederzeit bei allen Fragen und Problemen sich an den Vermieter)(wenden. Sie werden Hilfe und ein offenes Ohr finden. Wir sind mit Sicherheit bald wieder da. Wir wünschen allen die diese Beurteilung lesen so einen schönen Urlaub wie Wir.

Ruhiger Bungalow in schöner Lage mit Meerblick

Wir waren Anfang April für eine Woche in diesem schönen Reihenendbungalow mit 4 Personen. Die Unterkunft ist überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Leider hat es an einem Tag durchgängig geregnet. Die umfängliche Sammlung verschiedenster Gesellschaftsspiele hat uns diesen Tag aber kurzweilig überbrücken lassen. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch die Möglichkeit, auf der unteren Terrasse zu grillen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und stehen jederzeit für Fragen und Anregungen zur Verfügung. Dafür möchten wir uns recht herzlich bedanken. Wir werden sicherlich in Zukunft gerne wieder La Alhaja in Moraira als Urlaubsdomizil buchen und können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Erholung pur

Wir genossen diesen Herbsturlaub in diesem schönen und sehr sauberen Bungalow mit Einliegerwohnung gemeinsam mit unseren Kinder und Grosseltern. Der schon oft erwähnte schöne Blick, der in dieser Jahreszeit leere Pool, die Ruhe und Sonne über den ganzen Tag verteilt liessen den Urlaub unvergesslich werden. Der Ort Moraira ist angenehm belebt, die Buchten und Strände in der Umgebung sehr schön - wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Herzlichen Dank für die nette Betreuung durch die Vermieter.

3 entspannte Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern (12 und 14 Jahre) zum 2. Mal in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in dem alles vorhanden ist, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub so braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir auch dieses Mal wieder den herrlichen Blick auf`s Meer, die Grillabende und die ruhige Lage des Hauses. Perfekt für unsere Kinder war der abgeschlossene Pool in einem gepflegten Garten. Sie haben dort viele Kontakte knüpfen können. Auch wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ursula H.
