It is located barely 100 m from the lake beach and the first shops via a pedestrian path, "the mall" and 300 m from the ocean. This residence with elevators, equipped with a swimming pool and paddling pool, offers you equipped apartments, with furnished terrace or loggia and offers numerous facilities for everyone (swimming pool, children's play area, ping-pong table, etc.). Ideally located, it is ideal for a car-free holiday. Thanks to the incredible network of cycle paths and the pedestrian promenade, all shops, services and restaurants are easily accessible. In addition, in July and August, a free beach shuttle runs between Soustons, Vieux-Boucau and Messanges.
