Gîte in a green setting in Normandy

Discovering the beautiful landscapes of Normandy Switzerland... Our cottage is located in a quiet village at 3 km from Pont d'Ouilly (canoeing, tree climbing...), close to the many hiking trails of the Roche d'Oëtre. You will be seduced by our spacious and renovated veranda with its exposed stones. This overlooks a large wooded garden where you will be lulled by the songs of birds… Golf courses and local markets nearby, bakery/butcher 3 minutes away, Carrefour Contact store 10 min away. Normandy beaches 45 min by car, Cliff and its castle 20 min.

House of 140 sq with 4 bedrooms including a living room with sleeping area, and a bathroom. It can accommodate 8 travelers and is composed as follows:

- ON THE GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, living room with TV/WIFI internet box including a sleeping area (double bed 140x200); 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet;
As an extension of the kitchen, access to a veranda renovated in March 2024, which has a large dining table and a fireplace. From the veranda you have direct access to the garden;

- UPSTAIRS: large master bedroom (electric shutters) with 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 single cabin bed 90x190, as well as 2 other bedrooms with respectively a single bed + extra convertible sofa and 2 bunk beds; 1 separate toilet

- EXTERIOR: large fenced garden, barbecue, swings; access to a small public play park for children just behind the house.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Bed linen and towels not provided.
- Terraced house, accessible from the street side or via the gate which leads to the garden. It is located opposite a small church which gives all the charm to this town!
- Nespresso coffee machine (classic capsules) and combined filter/espresso coffee machine
- Very good bakery in Pont d’Ouilly (3 min by car), butcher, grocery store, tobacco bar. Carrefour Contact 10 minutes away.
