It's OK but...
The property itself is fine. It's as per the advert. It was clean and tidy and has a good standard of fixtures and fittings. Kitchen is well equipped. You couldn't want for more in that sense. Personally I found the bed uncomfortable and we had to keep the external door open at night because it's a very warm house (and that was in September), but those are subjective things and others may feel that there's no problem.
Access isn't great, dealing with narrow lanes from either side that are frequently blocked by residents / delivery drivers etc. but again, not a game changer.
Our main issue with the property and why we wouldnt return there centres around communication, or lack of it, with the owner (possibly the manager). During our stay the house next door had repairs going on. For 3 days we had shouting of workmen and the clanging of scaffolding being erected. That's not the fault of this property owner but I think it falls under their remit to find out what's happening, for how long, and what we can expect for the rest of our holiday. Despite us asking these things, information was sparse. I asked a question re the building work on 8th September and recieved no reply. We left on the 14th and finally heard from the owner - to remind us to leave money for bedding and laundry. That's as poor as it gets in terms of caring for holidaymakers using your property.
By all means choose this place but you'd better hope there are no hiccups because if there are, you're on your own.
