Main house with two separate guest houses sleeps well over 16 people, fully loaded exercise room, 12+ HD Smart TVs with 2 Xboxes/games, 3 fully stocked kitchens with everything you will need to cook a homemade meal, multiple entertaining areas, full bbq station & pool with pool toys are just some of the amazing features this home has to offer. When you go on vacation or are on a business trip convenience is what you are looking for and this home will certainly meet those expectations. Home was fully furnished by a world renown interior design firm. Convenience is key when picking a home to stay and this home is very accessible to many popular spots in the valley & is within 2 miles of freeway access. Don’t miss this opportunity to stay at a resort-like home in Scottsdale.

Pool heat and fire pit use available for an additional fee.

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Guests are responsible for watching children 24/7. We ask guests to sign pool liability waiver.

Approval is needed for any stay with more than 16 people.

***Please DO NOT remove pool vacuum!! If removed there will be a $100 fee as we have to have our pool guy come out***

$150 fee per hour on the property after 10am checkout time. This is not a late checkout option, just a fee.

Super Comfortable and Spacious

The house is amazing and in a great location. We had everything we needed and plenty of space. The decor is a little dated and could use some updating but the house is comfortable. Be aware that one of the bedrooms is a daybed that is at the entry to the workout room. The management company was great and so easy to work with.

Amazing stay

The house is gorgeous and it’s such a fun property to be on. The pool is great lots of seating options and great kitchen space with lots of kitchen supplies there. We had a blast!

Great for large groups.

The property has so much wonderful space--for gathering all together or in smaller groups. Beautifully decorated and thoughtful amenities like soap/shampoo in all showers. Manager only available through email so not as easy to contact. Also, several lights out, smaller appliances (Keurig and microwaves) not working, but they did replace the Keurig right away and came to replace lights and reset televisions (which were not working) for us after a day or so. (Did not bother us on Thanksgiving which was thoughtful.) The place has so many televisions and options that it really needs a booklet for instructions. Overall, we had a terrific visit.

Phenomenal experience

Place was beyond great! We did a small suprise gathering for my now fiance, I proposed! And the space was perfect for our life changing weekend. Allie was responsive and great assisting us with whatever we needed. I loved it a lot and will definitely be back!

Property that has it all

This property was fantastic. We had a group of 12 guys on a golf trip. Allie was super prompt on her responses, often responding within minutes. We requested a few changes along the way and she was more than happy to accommodate those changes. She also was helpful in making recommendations for several activities when we reached out to her. The property itself was centrally located with great access to anywhere we wanted to go. It was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A quiet oasis that is perfect for business and leisure!

I had a small meeting of my business partners and Sundown Manor was absolutely the perfect place. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are incredible. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the property manager (Allie) is so easy to work with. I definitely would book this property again!

Very helpful host

Love this property so much! Literally the only thing I could say a little negative is the cleanliness of smaller rooms in main house and man cave area.. the mini guest house is adorable and feels like a spa or salon. Very nice to have close to the pool. Loved the outdoor bar area! The whole yard felt like a resort or big courtyard area. Roof top had some amazing sun rises & sunsets. The guest hours is absolutely perfect and gorgeous. I would definitely stay again!

Recently hosted our Sales Meeting at this property. From the pool, grill and patio area, and bedrooms perfect for a large group. Best of all, Allie was always available for questions and help.

Excellent Home

We were down for a mix of my mother-in-law/family trip and kid's hockey camp with two other families. The house was absolutely perfect. "Our" family took the main house with all of the kids, and the other two couples had their own spaces/casitas and would join us in the main house. Plenty of room for everyone, excellent outdoor spaces (the misters were critical when the temps got super high), and the kids were in the pool the entire time that they weren't on the ice for camp. Great location...easy drive to everything we needed including Kierland shopping, restaurants, golf, mtn. biking, etc.

Wonderful Setting for a Family Vacation

The house is well located, and it is an outstanding setting for a family vacation. We were a group of ten ranging in age from 5-76 with four grandchildren. There were many communal places to spend time as well as private areas that people could use when needed. Allie, the property manager could not be more attentive to our needs and was amazingly responsive to a problem we had with the icemaker. Any message I left her was responded to within minutes. The heated pool was perfect. We highly recommend this property

My group of 8 HS buddies in their mid 50's had a great stay. The house was very clean, well maintained and the attention to detail was exceptional. Nice corporate retreat

Good location and arrangements for corporate retreat of 7 but limited with one of the seven beds being a pullout. A little dated but nice and clean would recommend for the value.
