Located on the 3rd row from the ocean in Surf City, this special place is within walking distance of restaurants, the Surf City IGA, and attractions like live music at unWINEd where you can enjoy a glass of red or white and afterward go for a walk on the pier.

Let your “Summer Story” begin in this sweet bungalow. “Lil’ Nauti” has everything you need and plenty more. All on one floor, only 2 steps up and you are inside. “Lil Nauti” is a fully updated,  modern one-story home where families have been making memories and telling fish tales since 1957. Step inside to discover an inviting open-plan living and kitchen area adorned with beach-inspired décor.  You can unwind amidst all the comforts of home. Cast away the stress of the day and sink into the family room. Enjoy coastal vibes while indulging in your favorite TV shows or playing board games.

This 4-bedroom has flexible sleeping options that can easily accommodate up to 10 comfortably. The bedding includes a king-sized bed (which can be converted to 2 twins), 1 queen, 1 queen futon in the living room, 5 twins (1 bunk bed & 1 triple bunk bed). The queen master has an ensuite bathroom with a large step-in shower. In the hallway, there is a second full bathroom with a step-in shower. There’s PLENTY of PARKING for that boat or golf cart. Lil’ Nauti can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.  

After you spend a sun-soaked day on the beach you can rinse off in the convenient and private outside shower. The screened porch is just the place to relax with a good book or glide your cares away with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You will find yourself relaxing under the shady new pergola complete with a swing. Sit at one of the 2 picnic tables to feast on the fish you caught (or purchase at  JM’s Place, within walking distance). There’s even a Tiki bar for you to set up for your favorite beach libation. 

A quick walk through the backyard will have you on the beach in a flash, digging your toes in the sand and hunting for shark teeth. 

Lil’ Nauti is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, Single Family Home located in Surf City, Topsail Island.

Bedroom 2: King bedroom which can be converted to 2 twins.

Bonus Exterior Space: Screened-in porch with 2 couches. Pergola with loveseat size glider, loveseat size bench swing, chairs, picnic table, and charcoal grill. Enclosed outside shower. There are 2 picnic tables: 1 in the screened-in porch and 1 under the pergola. There is a charcoal grill, you supply the charcoal. On the screened-in porch, there are some beach items to use as well as corn hole boards and bean bags.

Check in time is 4 pm, Guests may go directly to the property at or after 4 pm

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high-touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.

Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
