The best Topsail has to offer. Just across the Surf City Line. Walking distance to the beach (1 block) and sound (two blocks), public sound access for small boats, kayaks, etc. So close to all Surf City activities but just outside of town enough for a much less busy beach experience!

House is a ranch with a beautiful open floor plan. Newly furnished, new PVC flooring throughout main living area, and bedrooms had new carpet installed Aug 2023.

4 bedrooms - (1) King, (2) Queen, (3) 2 full beds, (4) bunk bed - twin over full with twin trundle (max weight limit top bunk and trundle both 400lbs). LINENS ARE PROVIDED! Every bedroom has a TV.

STOCKED kitchen – host a family gathering! We have tons of dishes and silverware, crock pot, air fryer, coffee pot/Keurig, food processor, Ninja blender, TONs of cookware, bakeware, etc. The dining table seats 10 and we have a bar height kitchen counter with 5 stools. Tons of games in dining room shelving unit for all ages.

The house is kept stocked with laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage bags (among other things). You will also be provided “starter” paper towels and toilet paper so you won’t have to run to the store the first day!

2 full bathrooms and an outside shower with lights that come on nightly!

Bathrooms have hand soap, hair dryers, toiletries (shampoo and conditioner), and towels.

HUGE front porch with nighttime ambience and ocean views. Back porch has sound views; watch the sunset over the sound! Roof top deck has ~ 360-degree views of water – ocean and sound! You won’t find a better place to watch the sun rise or set!

We provide 10 beach towels for your use.

Shed with beach gear – umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, cooler, wagon, boogie boards, cornhole, etc.
