Four bedroom condo, Beautifully furnished and decorated townhouse unit features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, central air, and assigned parking for 1 car. This two level unit has 4 bedrooms on the first floor, bedroom one has a twin bunk and queen, bedroom two has two twins, bedroom three has a queen, and bedroom four is a master with a king bed, private bath with stall shower. The top level features the living and dining areas, kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. Also on this level is a powder room for guests. Large deck off the living area. Elevator access. This unit also has a storage closet. Located about a block to a lifeguarded beach and only steps to shopping and restaurants! Central air, internet, 10 beach tags, and assigned parking spot. No Gilling is permitted at this condo.

Family vacation

This condo was awesome. Very well stocked and beautify decorated. The location was great. 2 blocks from supermarket and CVS. Maritas ice cream shop is on the same block as the condo. The beach is only a block and a half away. The elevator was very useful and the mini storage container came in handy for storing sandy beach gear. We loved our stay.
